★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a frequent traveller and I rent cars all the time in all parts of the world, mostly in Europe. I rent from Avis, Enterprise, Hertz or Sixt, depending which company offers the best value.
In all these many years, I had only one issue, this is arount 1 or 2 per cent of all rentals. Lately in Corfu, I had this horrible incident starting with the welcome desk, along with a bad customer service so it was halfway not acceptable.
The lady at the desk, tried to find every single excuse for not handing over the car.
Do not pay For this company in advance. If they cancel your reservation for any reason you will not be given a refund. They lure you in so be very careful . I have dealt with every domestic car rental company and without a doubt This company is the most dishonest and unprofessional. They will keep your money even if you never got the car that you paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and company, maybe the worst I ever dealt with. The lady on counter didn't accept to give us the car making excuse that I don't have an international driving license, knowing that on voucher this clearly written that you need driving license with roman alphabet. Even when I asked her that my brother who has a EU license is arriving later on, she said that booking will be canceled after one hour and we will not be able to refund our payment. She caused a loss of 460€ as payment was done through another website. We understood from the neighbors that they always do overbooking and cancel last minute. Very bad experience and they deserve negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up 45 mins Late from AirPort. Extremely rude behavior at the Office with one clerk literally shouting at customers. Cheap price is only positive thing about this place.
