Very nice boutique in the center of Athens and the girl who served on 11/30 in the afternoon was very kind and very helpful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl Katarina who works at the downtown Athens store is fantastic. She has shown excellent customer service and extreme politeness and amicable personality. I was there w/my 4 year old daughter Nika who needed to feel the fabric of every item of clothing (which some clerks can find annoying), but not Katarina. I came to buy Laureen Roma boots but was unsure of the sizing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t come to the store the next day so I had to buy the pair in Thessaloniki store. :( I so liked Katarina thus I need to write a review of the store and her. It is always nice to be served by professionals! Zadig’s HR department has made a good choice! Enjoy your shopping at ZV Athens downtown w/Katarina. :)
