We found a very nice apartment and stopped searching for another place because the real estate agent ensured us that this apartment is ours, they just needed to sort some things with the tax service and they would get back to us sortly. They then proceeded to waste 2 MONTHS of our lives saying that there is some trouble with the sorting procedure. After which they UPPED THE PRICE and shortly after made the appartment UNAVAILABLE for rent. They informed us of the fact by just sending us a message.. not apologizing, not finding us other options, not anything! Im so frustrated by the service of these people! Take this comment as a warning : Do not waste ur time and money on them
