★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a bus from Heraklion to Agia Palegia but the bus driver left us on the side of the motorway without taking us to our destination. I would not recommend if you fear for your life. Be careful when using this company.

Also a great kiosk to purchase from food to beverages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place looks a bit manic on arrival, but buses run on time and ticket office speak good English, so we had no issues. Used service a few times during our stay to Rethymno and Georgioupolis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to get the bus from near Malia to Agois Nickolas. On the way there the driver and ticket person were great. On the way back we had the ticket person with the attitude of a stoppy teenager. Very rude and abrupt indeed. More interested.in his phone call then helping his passengers. This boy/man needs to learn some manners and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so positively surprised with the quality and infrastructure of Cretan public transportation in Chania!! A lot of directions offered! Comfortable and modern buses! Crete is wonderful and ΚΤΕΛ is really worth recommendation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a number of times. Staff were helpful. Bus services were prompt and buses clean. Bathrooms also clean. An extra bus was put on for the Botanical gardens as there were more people than the bus could hold!
