Friendly staff cheap food and drinks! Rooms basic but clean

Wonderful staff especially Cristos & Catherina the only thing we didn't like was a charge of b 10 E per day for air/con. Also the people who attended the pool bar fantastically friendly

Unfortunately not what i expected. Saw the pictures online snd looked very basic which was fine. Did not expect to walk in to a dirty room. Didnt use the kitchen facilities at all. Shower didnt even have a curtain so water was going everywhere. Also couldnt put the shower pressure up due to there being no curtain. Cleaner gave me fresh towells stsined with makup. I should have known for the price i paid however i did not expect this. Not much to ask for a clean room.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. the hotel manager will look for something in every room before check out and charge ridiculous prices for ‘damages’ (our bedding had a small amount of oil on from sunbathing) , will not give you your passport back until you pay $85 for 2 bed sheets. The hotel kick you out a night before stated on your booking and say it is not their fault. Staff are rude and unhelpful. When asking the manager why we are getting charged so much he shouted at us and said it is not his problem and he was going to call the police if we didn’t pay. Completely ruined the holiday

What can I say ..... ants all over the room... and in the drawers. Got told i couldn't have my passport back if I didn't pay for a broken chair on balcony and a mark on bed sheets. Never went on balcony only to hang towels up. Mark on sheet probably makeup or suncream they said they couldn't wash out...... only there 3 days room never cleaned once how do they claim it couldn't be washed out. Constant noise all night from drunken teenagers banging on doors and shouting. Towels never got changed once whilst we were there. The only recommendation I can give about this place is not to go.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you get a special offer (as I did) it is definitely worth spending a little more to get a better place as it'll work out cheaper in the long run. The hotel seems like a money grab. As soon as we arrived we had to pay tourism tax, 5.50 euros per week - this was fine. We were then asked if we wanted air con in the room, which was 50 euros a week. We said no as we thought it was a lot extra however we really regretted this as the room was red hot all the time making it very hard to sleep. We were then asked if we wanted a safe which was an extra 20 euros. We said yes to this as had read in previous reviews that some people had had things go missing from their rooms and we wanted our passports and money etc to be safe. When we got up to the room it was very basic and lots of the things in it were broken (the beds, wardrobe, door handle and more) - this was surprising considering there were lots of signs saying if you broke anything you had to pay for it and a big list of prices. Lots of people in previous reveiws have mentioned getting big charges for breaking things but this seems like a scam since they obiously weren't using the money to actually mend the broken items. The bathroom in our room was very small and cramped, having a shower resulted in the whole room getting soaked and they didn't even provide soap. Because we didn't pay for air con we had to have the balcony doors open all the time as it was red hot, but unfortunately there was a club directly opposite our room that played loud music every day until 5 am making it even harder to sleep. Once this was shut we finally thought we'd be able to sleep however on a lot of nights there was lots of noise from other rooms right till 7am. The only positive about the room was that the mattresses were comfy, however you only got one small pillow. The pool area wasn't bad however they had a rule that you were only allowed food or drink that you purchased at the pool bar - forcing you to spend more money at the hotel. This was made more annoying given that the drinks and food weren't great and were pretty expensive. The maids only came to our room a few days and we had the same sheets all week and got fresh towels once. Having said all this, the women that worked on the bar was lovely, and the tui reps were kind and welcoming. Overall we were very disappointed with this hotel. Earlier this summer we went to ibiza and paid just over 100 more for the full holiday and the hotel was much nicer and we had all inclusive food and drinks. I get that it's meant to be a party hotel but I have been to plenty of other ones and they were all much better, so I would advise to steer clear of this hotel and find a better one if you're visiting zante.

Just returned from here. Main gripe is that the people running the hotel {reception, admin} were very rude and aggressive whenever asking them anything. If you have no customer service skills, don't do customer service! Also was pre warned that hotel tend to charge willy nilly for anything broken or sheets and towels marked etc. But they hardly ever cleaned our room anyway. However, they do post an imposing list of charges on the wall.. Eg, mark a towel cost 30e etc. The room itself was not bad, bathroom was lovely~would have been nice if they cleaned it. Also, the location, whilst close to centre, is on a main road, so traffic is so noisy{quads, big lorries} and clubs nearby.. So to sleep you need balcony doors shut, which of course leads to room being very hot. By the way, air con is 10euros a night surcharge. Which is a bit of a rip off. The pool area was nice with lots of beds which is a positive but tbh, please pay a bit more and go to a different hotel

A lovely sized, clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great poolside bar with wide choice of drinks and great selection of food. Only downside was noise from the strip at night til 4am sometimes. Otherwise a fantastic stay and would recommend.
