★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing reception as soon as we arrived, staff were great and very accommodating for such a large group for a Hen Do, Rooms were clean and tidy and had a cleaning facility each day, food was good and had things for all our group, both pool areas were larger enough to have everyone, maybe some more bar staff on during the esp when the hotel got busy, would visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic week long stay at the zante plaza hotel. The best thing about the plaza are the staff, so friendly & helpful, like a big family. Everything we saw in the hotel was clean and well looked after, and the pools were a great place to relax around & jump into to cool off & have a swim. The food was also brilliant, exactly what you'd expect from a Greek all inclusive holiday, with plenty of variety. The hotel is a very short walk from the gourgous laganas beach, as well as lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly, strongly avoid booking a holiday with Zante Plaza Apartments.
Myself and friends stayed here for 6 nights and due to the size of our group were an immediate target for blame, complaints and wrong doings.
The manager ‘Yota’ blackmailed our group to pay €200 worth of fines for complaints & incidents we were not a part of - failing this she would call the police and we would miss our flight. The manager also has an extremely low level of customer service and was very uncooperative.
The food in the hotel is vile and there is very restricted variety, drinks on the other hand are good if travelling all inclusive.
We also witnessed another customer crying for help on their balcony requesting the police, to which ‘Yota’ rudely told them to be quiet and go back to there room… unsafe hotel.
Rated a 1 as a 0 was not possible. Stay well clear of this establishment.
