Zante Village - Zante Village

The first impression was nice: good location, a little bit hidden from the street noise, really nice and big swimming pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. But then when it comes to the service the charm was gone. I was not allowed to poure a water from a water tank to small bottle (it was more handy for me). When I wanted to carry 3 cups in my head a bar tender literally took it out from my hand in a very rude way saying "she" (my mom) has to do it (while she was carrying a baby). Those kind of things were all around every day and I really didn't enjoy my stay over there. The service needs a huge improvement. Do not recommend.

Beautiful people, place, scenery and beaches. Plenty of boat and bus trips round the island. Relaxing days on the beach or by the pool and fun nights out in the village restaurants and tavernas. A must for people who want to relax in a fun and friendly resort.

Think this hotel gets some unfair reviews. Clean, tidy and maintained to a reasonable standard. Yes the food is catered to a certain nationality, or at least that is how it appears and the variety isn't overly good but the quality is nice.

Visited this hotel in lockdown after my other one was cancelled. The rooms were ok but the beds were rock solid and uncomfortable. The shower in the room was always freezing even on the hottest setting. The pool was amazing,clean and large. The food wasnt too good. The food did not appeal to me as an English person. It is mainly Greek style food with lots of things covered in olive oil. There was some italian food like spaghetti and meatballs. Most of the english food wasnt very good. The restaurant section of the hotel was beautifully set out and comfy. The pool bar served a large variety of drinks but the things like cocacola and fanta were knockoffs and they were very flat and not tasty. As a 13 year old I was treated like I was 4. The drinks I was served were served in tiny plastic cups almost as small as shot glasses. There were 3 bartenders at the pool bar. 2 on the morning to the late afternoon. 1 in the early evening. The woman who worked at the bar on the morning to late afternoon treated me like I was 10 years younger than I actually am.and wouldnt let me order anything until she had served the adults (who had come to the bar after me) the man who came on after her was very nice. Told me what drinks to try and he gave me alot more options on what I wanted and always gave me a good sized glass/cup. I was all exclusive but there were only one snack that was sandwiches. All inclusive really wasnt all inclusive.

First time in Greece the food was awfull we had booked breakfast and everything meal but ended up eating out every day even breakfast. We had gone with grandchildren and taken money to go and enjoy the holiday boat trips and water parks etc but couldn't do all the things we wanted to do because we had to spend money on meals out . I have never stayed in a hotel that was so bad the rooms only got beds changed and towels once no cleaning was done in our rooms will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Loved the place stayed there may 2022 ,, lovely staff food was pretty good ,,the staff and cleaners were really good and friendly julian the barman is a star ,, had a great time there definitely be back , My only complaint would be the beds a bit hard , but overall loved it

Had a lovely family holiday here in late May. The hotel was quiet but had a great time and the staff were friendly, just a short walk to the strip. Would definitely use again?

Reception team are condescending and rude. Food was awful. Bartenders at the hotel bar don’t know how to make a cocktail! I spent so much staying there for a week for what?! Security guard just sleeps on the sofa doesn’t really do their job. Rooms are awful. Do not recommend to anyone. If you want a nice experience - go else where!
