★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first day in Athens and we were only staying 2 nights. I went to Zara in this branch to shop and enjoy when my nightmare began. As I was about to fall in line at the ground floor my cellphone got stolen from my bag. There was alot of people but I felt someone touch my bag and I noticed it immediately and when i looked my phone was stolen. I yelled and went to staff and their guard but they did nothing to help me. The first guard we approached didnt even know the password to the Ipad they had and the other guard just said he would look at the CCTV later and they would call us if anything pops up. I was in shock how lax their security is and how the sense of ugency was nowhere like it was another normal day for them. We even asked if we can view the CCTV for us to be able to have a detailed report to their Tourist Police Station in Greece where you can file an official police report about the situation which we did and the guard said no in a passive agressive tone. I cant believe how you are not safe as a customer/tourist shopping here and Zara guards are not quick and efficient to respond and help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is usually one of the most crowded Zara shops in Athens so almost always expect a super busy place with people pushing around to get to the things they fancy, which can be quite irritating if you're not into big crowds/busy shops. On the other hand the staff is highly trained and usually super fast and good at what they do, especially considering the amount of people they have to deal with on a daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has only one row of tills in the entire of 4 floors! The queue is vast and there are only 3 cashier points. I had to wait for a long time to return something amongst a large snaking line which started from the entrance of the store. It’s senseless to do this even on a Sunday where it’s only easier if they open up paying tills in the individual floors. Waste of time and I am never returning back to this one.
