One of their sales opticians speaks fluent English, so technical terms are not a problem to understand. Their technician also adjusted our new glasses as well as our old ones and actually saved them! We ended up buying amazing Tom Ford sunglasses as well as Tom Ford eyeglasses for me. Top of the line lenses were still more affordable than Canada and I was able to see even better! Eyeglasses were ready within a few days to boot. Definitely recommend this place!

These sunglasses were sold out in the states and I couldn’t find them anywhere. Avramis optics had them in stock & even delivered them to my hotel a few blocks away because they would be closed on Sunday when I would be in Athens. I really appreciate the amazing support from the entire team - they helped me place my order online & then confirmed arrival of the item to the hotel. I asked about the disponibility and they even showed a different color that I never knew. First, I ordered the same color as mine. Once I got it (very fast, 2 business days, Athens - Berlin), I thought I could maybe also have an a spare frame just in case, I asked for a discount and got it.
