★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a much smaller shop than the Zara higher up the street (Ermou 9). It's also super crowded and even harder to get around, the planning of the shop has to be one of the worst of it's kind unfortunately. The staff again is highly trained and will help whenever someone needs help, you always need to ask though because it is a fast fashion chain and pretty much self service until you get in line to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid restrictions u gonna need an appointment to shop.u have to go to the main page and there is a section called click in store.
I went to the one closer to monastiraki sq and it was clean and tidy.buuuttt the collection is poor and the sizes are not inclusive. I wear size 44 and there was only a handful of items in the size..the girls working there I can say they were polite and helpful but not over the top.items u can try are 4 each time and u only allowed 30 min to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting and waiting and waiting. Really crowded place especially in rush hour. It is really difficult to enjoy shopping here. It is such a pity because the quality, the variety and the prices are really tempting...
People are really busy but they try their best.
