Hidden gem, great hotel with private beach. If choosing sea view, be ready for amazing views. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful

This is a fantastic hotel located very conveniently in the middle of Stalis. The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to deal with throughout our whole stay. Particularly Angel who was so helpful everytime we had to speak to her and was always a smiling face in the reception. The staff at the pool bars and around the pools were also very helpful. Particularly Tony, Dimitri, Michaelas and Yannis. They really made our days very entertaining with their charm and laughs. The food is also very nice around the pool. We really enjoyed the flour tortillas and pasta dishes. This is definitely a place that I would return to. Well done to the staff and management on your huge efforts in making this a welcoming home from home.

The official status of the hotel is apparantly 4**** wich is somewhat on the high side. Atleast for the price we payed we excpected a bigger room without flaws (like a bathroom door or terras door that acatually can go fully open, a good working stop in the sink, quiet AC or shower where the temperature doesn't switch every 10seconds.) The pool area and bar did make up for a big part of it and are nice to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is big enough, and the beach is just 10 meters away, very closeby! We had an okay stay but was expecting a more for what I payed, compared to previous travels.

The hotel staff is fully committed to hygiene, sanitary measures against covid 19. Friendly, helpful, staff in every part of the hotel. However, I would not recommend the hotel to people with children or anyone who wants a quiet holiday. The hotel is located on the promenade (approximately 6 m wide) and day and night there are cars, motorcycles that drive very fast and with a lot of noise. There is no sidewalk and it is not safe for pedestrians at all. At night the noise is even louder and it is hard to sleep. Also, the hotel itself has very poor insulation, so it is difficult to sleep because of the noise coming from the neighboring rooms. Every slightest movement of the furniture is heard loudly. As for measures against the covid 19 virus, as a challenge in the hotel, hallways or elevator is quite a large number of guests who did not use a protective mask on their face, although it is prescribed by law. The hotel management did not insist on that. One tip: check the taxi company called by the hotel reception. He left us 2 km from the location I showed on google maps, and when I called on the phone from the visit card (Taxi Family company from Malia) the answering machine turned on. Nothing can be found on the Internet about this company, nor can the impressions of passengers be read.

Great location for the beach. Food average . Our mattress was old and wonky. The hotel couldn’t change it so that was a bit disappointing. Overall a great stay with sea view

Good hotel! Very friendly staff. everything is always nice and clean and the rooms are a comfortable size. Air-conditioned rooms are very pleasant. The food in the hotel is basic and could definitely use some improvement on the other hand.

The location is perfect very close to public transport and surrounded by shops and restaurants, we asked for late check-in and the hotel gave us for free (very nice of them indeed?) the pool is very nice and the beach is quite nice too, but be careful because they charge 10€ for each sunbed on the beach, I have been in tens of hotels in various continents this was the first time to experience such thing, they guy at hotel restaurant came to ask what to drink while having our dinner, then came back with receipt (that was also really weird) in general the the place is quite nice and worthed the value of money

We are staying here until Wednesday 26th May, so far it is a very relaxing stay. The food is great, the pools and beach are excellent and the choice of shops, bars and restaurants on the strip outside of the hotel is vast...something for everyone. There's an excellent bus service just a five minute walk away, do go on a bus as they are excellent value ??
