★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished our third visit. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms built around a central pool, all with separate design. Hotel runs smoothly, apparently effortlessly. Food shows flair and imagination. I would thoroughly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly friendly and professional staff (especially the receptionist Maritina). Beautiful little resort with a refreshing pool. The hotel gives all guests a free welcome drink (beer, wine or soft drink). The breakfast was good and there are three lovely beaches about a ten-minute walk away. We were in the Junior suite which has a lovely view of the pool from its main balcony. The only issue was that the airconditiong was not substantial enough for such a big room. It got rather hot and stuffy at night. Nevertheless, it's still a wonderful hotel...made all the more wonderful thanks to its amazing staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice stay here. The rooms are clean and with good working airconditioning. They clean it on regular base. The Pool is very nice and clean and the garden looks very neet en maintaind. 5 stars for the garderner. Good breakfast as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff, stayed here for 5 nights and they were so accommodating. All the reviews on the breakfast were no joke... it really is as good as they say. Tables are out in the garden for breakfast so you have a nice view of the pool. Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Local to a supermarket which closes 12:30am every night so was extremely convenient.

Overall way to expensive for what they offer:
1. Rooms are very old and and not at all as the pictures advertised
2. Breakfast was far from “superb”, as describe by them. Nescafé machine, old bread and pastry, boxes juice and if you ask for fresh you has estado to pay extra
3. Pool towels: you have to pay extra to get pool towels
I can say that the staff was extremely friendly and maybe for a different price it wouldn’t be so bad but for that price… it has been the biggest disappointment of coming to chania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good price for what you get. Outdoor/pool area is amazing and well worth it. Great location and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Apartments are clean and spacious with great air conditioning.
