Our room was located Close to traffic causing a lot of noise, but the receptionist, Jenny, moved us to another room. She is very helpful, the room and Pool is clean.

Amazingly friendly, helpful service from Jen (the lovely manager, who is one of the best!!), Nice location, albeit suburban in feel. Busy road, close to beaches-7 minutes walk, and loads of beachy supermarkets, (selling Lilo's and lemons) within a minute, yet also car show rooms and lidl (which I didn't expect!) Most importantly of all, we were only 2 miles from beautiful, enchanting Chania. Only £1.10 on the very convenient bus service. Back to the hotel... Pool area was very well kept. The (basic) restaurant/bar was very good value, simple food/menu but inexpensive and tasty. Our balcony overlooking the pool was great. Unfortunately our beds were fairly uncomfortable, small and quite hard with bobbly sheets that reminded me of sleeping on a sandy beach. Cotton sheets and mattress protectors would solve this. The cooking facilities were very limited. A chopping board, microwave, sharp knife, ice- tray would have helped! Great shower. Expensive but very necessary air-conditioning, we paid 70 euros for 2 rooms per week. Safe keys cost 15 euros for the week. Just a few added extras to be aware of. This hotel is definitely more 2 star than 3, but it is also individual, personal and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in this vicinity.

The hotel Is by the beach! The staff Is excellent and very polite ☺️☺️☺️
