★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place! The rooms were clean and had an amazing light! The garden is marvelous and you can seat at one of the many seats that are available and enjoy the view, listening to the running water from the 2 fish pools! Mr. John, the owner is serving breakfast everyday at the garden's kiosk! Totally recommended! Hope to be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location on top of a hill near Livadi beach. Extra care of everything by the owners made this place a heaven on earth. Top cleanliness and super breakfast with a breathtaking view. Big room with comfortable bed. The room also has shower amenities and a mini fridge. We will definitely rebook!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yiannis, the owner, is the synonym of greek philoxenia (=hospitality). We stayed at his villas for 3 nights. Every morning he was preparing different breakfast and offering it in his marvelous terrace with this amazing view to Small Cyclades & Aegean sea. He was so kind and he is also offering to his guests in certain hours tranfer to Ag Georgios.
The room was clean and comfy. We could see the moon from our bed! The balcony also offers amazing panoramic view to the Aegean.
Yiannis, also prepared for my birthday a cake in order to surprise me.
We will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly 6 months later, we miss our days in Ioannis's villa. It's just wonderful, calm, peaceful, with wonderful views, and the best: Ioannis himself. It's hard to imagine a nicer, fun and more hospitable host than Ioannis. We won't be able to go again this year, but Iraklia will always be in our hearts and a big part of this is due to the days we had at Villa Zografos. Thanks a lot Ioannis!!!
