H	Holly Dickstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, daughter and I had such a lovely time in Irakleia at Villa Meltemi. Fanis is a kind, attentive and most welcoming host. When we wanted to take a boat tour of the island, he organized it immediately. When we told him we wanted to explore the caves, he drove us to the walking path and loaned us headlamps too! He also makes the most amazing breakfasts! Every day was something new. Plus the rooms were immaculate and the location was perfect. We hope to go back someday. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to the Lesser Cyclades.
C	Chris Grigoroglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived early from Schinousa at the port of Iraklia and Fanis was there to pick us with his car and help us with our luggage. While we were waiting for our room to be cleaned Fanis showed us around his beautiful property. His boutique hotel is on the top of the hill and has a stunning view of Livadi beach to the South, the port of Agios Giorgios to the North and Schinoussa to the East. He had a cancellation on that day and we were very lucky as he offered us one of his best rooms for a few extra euros. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a modern Greek island fashion. Fanis is a local who knows a lot about the island and its history so he was very helpful in organising daily boat trips/walks and showing us the best restaurants in the island. Everyday he would serve us his delicious breakfast which was different every day and full of local delicacies. Fanis runs his hotel with pride and this is truly reflected in the level of service he provides to make his hotel stand out. We miss him and his family and we will definitely go back one day. G	Glennys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Fanis is very proud of what he has created here in the last three years. The complex is amazing with the rooms being large & beautifully presented! Fanis met us at the port as well as taking us on a hike one evening to visit the cliffs. The complex is located on the hill giving amazing views but also a nice walk down to Livadi beach and also down to the village where there is a supermarket. The breakfasts each morning are always different & very plentiful. Just down the road is a Hotel where we eat a couple nights for dinner but also close is the Surfin Bird restaurant which had the most amazing peach salad. We just loved staying at Villa Meltemi & wish Fanis & his family all the very best for the future.. Negative: Nothing to not like!.

We were greeted at the port of Irakleia and transported to the rooms at the top of the town. Fanis and his wife were very helpful helping us with a scooter rental and also recommendations for places to eat. And the highlight of our stay with them...the gorgeous breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning! Thank you both for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The organized hike and the boat excursion were also very good. We will be back definitely. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back!

The breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients every day and it was really nice. Fanis had many tips for activities in Irakleia and facilitated our experience here!.

We offer hikes, boat trips. Do not hesitate, this is the place to come if you choose the wonderful island of Iraklia, you will not be disappointed, on the contrary.. Negative: All is very good !.

Breakfast is the best we have had in Greece: a different delicacy every day, always fresh and tasty and typically Greek. Fanis is an extremely nice and helpful host; for those who are interested, he also organizes boat tours or hikes across the island. Higly recommended. We will come back.
