9 Muses Santorini Resort - Perivolos

A lovely hotel located not far from the beach. Friendly staff, excellent facilities. On arrival we were greeted with a nice welcome drink. Did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was nice outside on the terrace overlooking the pool. Used the pool bar and had lunch there a few times. Very tasty. Would definitely return to 9 muses.

Clean room (not fancy, but everything you need), comfortable bed, very friendly staff (they organized the transfer from and to the airport as well as a rental moto), big pool, and very great breakfast buffet ? very close to the beach, so would come again

This resort is fine, but dont expect a real 5-star hotel! We paid a couple of thousand Euros to spend our honeymoon in 9 Muses Santorini. We arrived from Zürich, so we were dressed up with warm clothes. The hotel first brought us to their outside beach area for a welcome drink in 40 degrees to the middle of the guests, who were in swimming suits. We felt very uncomfortable sitting there after 4-5 hours of travel and in pullover anf long trousers. Finally we got our room, though we needed to queue up and check in once more after the welcome drinks. They said they would bring our luggage to the room. We needed to wait a lot till we got our luggage and clothes, so finally we could take a shower, which I would have preferred to do directly after our arrival. When we realized our room facilities, the view from the room and the room in general - I started to cry. I didnt believe that it is real. I was shocked that they sell such rooms, which look like a hostel room or poor pansion for that prize!!!! I directly went to the reception and there I needed to wait a lot as well for somebody, who speaks English. At this point I was already out of order, as such poor service I have never experienced before. Then Mrs. Elena came, who was a disaster. I have no idea what her position is or what she has to do with Hospitality, but she was totally useless. She was educating me and asking totally stupid questions like: „Madam, what did you expect?“ She said she would solve it. She sent a „supervisor“ to our room, and nothing was changed or solved. I asked for another hotel or room, they didnt care about our request or the fact that it is our honeymoon. This Elena made me sick and I have no idea why she works in this industry. To say something positive: the breakfast and all, really ALL waiters are brilliant. They work hard and do their best to the guests. Full respect to them as they work EVERY DAY from morning to late evening.

Perfect hotel and service!! We arrived to 9muses during our holiday because we searched for another place to stay and Maria the reservations' supervisor was such kind and nice!! The prices are really fine considering what you are receiving... The hotel is really closed to the Perissa beach, bars and water sports. I'm recommending this hotel 200% to any of you.

While the resort is beautiful, we came during a heatwave and slept both nights with no air conditioner. It worked most of the day but when it was time to sleep, it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.7 Celsius). When I spoke to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable. I spent the next day in discomfort due to trying to sleep in dangerous temperatures. The least that they could have done was offer to move us into a new room with working air conditioner.

I paid $9,000:00 Canadian dollars for a 9 day stay at this resort if you can call it that. On the third night the air conditioner did not work. The room was in the high 30 almost 40 degrees with no air. I made the manager aware if the issue. He tried to convince me that the air conditioner was working I explain it the fan working not the air conditioner. One of my travel guest has bad asthma and I was afraid that with her health concerns and the heat a stale air in the room that I might have to take her to a hospital . On top of that the safe did not work. Housekeeping only supplied shampoo and conditioner on the first day of check in . They did not provide any new one. I had to go to reception to ask for some. They did not provide clean towels to the room each day again I had to ask for them. They advised the provide bottled water. That is a joke they provide one bottle for your entire stay. The bottle cost less than 1 euro . When I went to get water from the breakfast buffe to put in a container for me to use by the pool the restaurant manager told me I could not have anymore water.

Amazing Hotel - we got married in Santorini and when we arrived they upgraded us to a suite with our own pool which was amazing and really made our trip. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. 5 min walk away from the beach and lots of bars. Fira is about a 20 min taxi away and 20 - 30 euros which is quite reasonable. Overall a perfect stay - thank you

Friendly staff. Great location to access free umbrellas on the beach and great restaurants along Perissa Beach. All easily accessible even when you have a pushchair.
