Very good hotel! Directly at the beach with very friendly service and two pools. Beach is not private but the hotel has its own umbrellas and sunbeds, which were enough fir everyone. The hotel is located at Perissa beach, which has crystal clear water but has stones at the beach front so swimming shoes is recommended, it can be a problem for non- swimmers or people want to enjoy the waves at the front of the beach. Highlight was jogging in the morning in the street along the beach. The service is super friendly everywhere, especially Marilena at the hotel reception. Area is full of good restaurants and cafe. I recommend only breakfast in the hotel and lunch or dinner outside. We had only breakfast buffet in the hotel included and it was good, only downside that cappuccino is not included and costs 4 euro. We had studio room directly at sea side, the room is clean and big enough for two persons with air conditioning and nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and doesn’t make noise when you turn. One star less for the bad sound isolation in the room. I could hear literally the conversation of neiboughr rooms. The hotel needs urgently to replace old windows and doors which are probably causing this problem. If you sleep late and wake up early then it wont disturb you, otherwise bring good earplugs :)

We were there for 6 days. The hotel is clean and in good position in front of the beach. The Staff is laudable (rate 10/10!) The food served at the bar and the restaurant is good, but breakfast can be improved .

The staff went above and beyond to help us with booking a last minute shuttle a few hours before our arrival. They where always super accommodating and friendly. The hotel was just wonderful, rooms where extremely modern and clean, and cleaned daily by the same person. Breakfast included with a nice selection. The beach and several restaurants were literally outside the hotel (can I recommend all the fruit smoothies where fantastic!). The pool was where we spent most of our time and my children loved it. If you have kids I would suggest staying here vs. Fira or Oia because it’s much more family friendly in this area (not hilly, everything needed within reach and even a soft play nearby). You can order food and drinks by the pool. Plenty of empty lounge chairs and quiet in May. There are tours to Oia from the hotel. A couple of suggestions from my experience: -don’t buy fruit from the guy who sits out the front, (not associated with the hotel) the fruit was rotten and he tried to charge us 35 euros for bananas and cherries. -Wear shoes on the beach, the sand gets hot and the board walk caused a splinter for my little. - bring an ipad or laptop, we couldn’t find any kids channels on the tv There is a shop close by that sells pool and beach stuff like floaties and buckets and spades. When I say perfect I mean flawless! The staff is amazing and so friendly I could not find a single thing to complain about. It's right on the beach and has a great view! The place is very clean and again the staff is so amazing it blew my mind from the bartenders to the maids to the front desk! Top of the line for a great price!
