L	Lara Erbisti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato due auto all'aeroporto di Cefalonia. Il personale è lentissimo. Ci hanno messo almeno un'ora per sbrigare le formalità. Avevo prenotato una Fiesta e hanno provato a offrirmi una Panda. Cosa che ho rifiutato, visto che era di categoria inferiore e più economica rispetto a quella prenotata. Il nostro amico prima di partire ha avuto conferma dal loro servizio clienti che la sua patente scaduta potesse essere utilizzata, dato che una norma europea ne estende la validità fino a fine anno. Una volta lì non l'anno accettata. Un altro cliente ci ha consigliato di fare la casco perché sapeva per esperienza che alla restituzione si fanno pagare profumatamente ogni piccola anomalia, anche per esempio la macchina sporca di sabbia We rented two cars at Kefalonia airport. T	Tassilo Drögsler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es werden alte, beschädigte Autos vermietet. Kaum sichtbare Alt-Schäden den bei der Rückgabe dem Mieter angelastet und dafür gutes Geld verlangt. Man sieht eindeutig dass die Schäden schon deutlich länger bestenden hatten als die Mietdauer. Besonder beachtenswert ist, dass für die Reparatur von schwarzen Plastikteilen noch ein Sonderposten "Lackierung" mit auf die Schadensrechnung kommt (Summe Lackierung: 186€ von 314,75€) . Ganz übel!! Achtung Abzocke und m.M. Betrug!! Über den vermeindlich günstigen Preis freut man sich nur bis zur Rückgabe. Die bei der Fahrzeugübergabe freundlichen Leute verstehen dann bei der Rückgabe weder Englisch noch Deutsch und nutzen natürlich aus, dass man seinen Flug erreichen möchte und deshalb auch nicht ewig Zeit hat zu streiten. Old, damaged cars are rented out. Hardly visible old damage that was charged to the tenant when it was returned and demanded good money for it. You can clearly see that the damage had lasted significantly longer than the rental period. It is particularly noteworthy that for the repair of black plastic parts there is a special item "painting" on the damage invoice (total painting: € 186 of € 314.75). Very bad !! Attention rip off and m.M. Scam!! You are only happy about the supposedly low price until you return it. When the vehicle is handed over, the friendly people understand neither English nor German when it is returned and, of course, take advantage of the fact that you want to catch your flight and therefore don't have endless time to argue.

A	Alex Pietruszka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tricky to find (3 minute walk from terminal) but very speedy vehicle handover. Car in good condition and decent spec according to what was expected. Returning was just as fast as collecting!
A	Alice Langford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the most stressful experiences of my life. £1000 hold on credit card was no problem but the terminal wouldnt accept our card for some reason so I asked if we could pay the £1000 in cash or debt card. Asked for them to keep our passports just so we could get on our way as it was 9pm and we had two small children. Staff so rude and useless....at the point I am crying and ready to pay whatever to get a car for the man on the desk to say just pay me 90 euro for the extra insurance and it will be done. Why on earth didnt you say that in the first place ???????? Avoid at all costs.
E	ELMEHDI ELYAALAOUI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I strongly DON'T recommand this agency to rent a car. I've made a huge mistake by renting a car from this agency !! First of all, they didn't came to the aeroport to pick me up as as agreed, i've still waiting for more than 2 hours ! - second - they did not give me the car I chose during my reservation, and in the checkout. They do everything to scam and add additionnal charges on people / tourists in ZAKYNTHOS ! - they have charged me for 500 euro for a small scratch that I had during my absence during my parking in the center of zakynthos. ( see the screenshot bellow ) If there was a 0 STAR i would put it without any HESITATION ! Please enjoy your holiday in this beautiful island, and, it will be more beautiful for you if you AVOID THIS AGENCY, and IT's PEOPLE !!! Thank you !
