★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab mein Auto nicht vollgetankt bekommen, es haben ca. 7 l gefehlt, jedoch wollt ich nicht kleinlich sein und habe beim Zurückgeben das Auto vernünftig vollgetankt zurückgegeben. Bei der Rückgabe ist dem Vermieter aufgefallen dass ich eine Stunde überzogen hatte, und daraufhin gab es keine Kulanz und ich musste den ,,regionalen" Ein-Tages-Tarif drauf bezahlen, sprich 30€ noch zusätzlich. Die von mir ,,geschenkten" 7l haben den Vermieter genauso wenig intessiert. Miete da nichts mehr.
I didn't get a full tank of fuel in my car, about 7 liters were missing, but I didn't want to be petty and when I returned the car I returned it with a reasonable full tank of fuel. When I returned it, the landlord noticed that I had exceeded an hour, and there was no goodwill and I had to pay the "regional" one-day tariff on top, i.e. an additional 30 €. The 7l "given" by me just as little interested the landlord. Don't rent anything anymore.

Realicé un alquiler de vehículo en julio de 2021. Nos han cobrado desperfectos en el coche de alquiler que no estaban cuando nosotros devolvimos el coche y por lo tanto no aparecen en el formulario de condición del vehículo y no se hace cargo nadie. Muy disgustados porque han incluido daños que nosotros no hemos realizado y el cobro de ellos también. Nadie nos da una solución.
The involvement of the platform has been nil to solve the problem.
I made a vehicle rental in July 2021. We have been charged for damages in the rental car that were not there when we returned the car and therefore do not appear on the vehicle condition form and no one takes charge. Very upset because they have included damages that we have not done and the collection of them as well. Nobody gives us a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE assolutamente sono disonesti!!! Al rientro dell’auto si inventano danni per addebitarti spese aggiuntive.
AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL!! When you return your car they invent damages and you get additional fee. This is how they make money on top of only apparent cheaper tariff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience. They have found one smashed part in the trunk during car return, which was not in the first review. However, they checked old contracts and found it, so I did not have to pay for the repair. Quite honest, appreciate that and that's why I am leaving this comment here. Hope they continue like this.

Poor poor company!
Worst rental I have ever had (and I've travelled a lot).
Kept waiting for nearly 3 hours for a car that, when it turned up, was 9 years old and in poor condition. No alternative available or offered.
Fleet of cars that we saw were old, poor and not in good condition - the Aircon in our car did not work at all.
To add insult to injury, they tried to accuse me of damaging the car but soon backed down when I offered to show photos I'd taken upon collection.
Best off avoided at all cost!
