Personale abbastanza gentile ma la propensione al venderti assicurazioni e prodotti aggiuntivi fa spavento! Percepisci , vedendo gente che fotografava e discuteva con l'agenzia, aria di furbizia e 'truffaldina'....non raccomando!!! Vedremo alla restituzione dell' auto.

Nie wieder Budget! Unbedingt meiden! UPDATE S. UNTEN Wir haben unser gemietetes Fahrzeug fristgerecht zurückgegeben. Der Budget-Mitarbeiter am Flughafen Kefalonia sagte nach Inspektion des Fahrzeugs "everything's ok" und unterschrieb mir eine Abnahmequittung entsprechend. Damit schien mir die Angelegenheit erledigt. Ca. 10 min später wurde mir eine Anfrage an meine Kreditkarte von 53,11$ gemeldet. Ich bin darauf zurück zu dem Mitarbeiter gegangen, der mir erklärte, dass das Fahrzeug angeblich zu verschmutzt gewesen wäre und damit die Reinigung bezahlt werden würde. Eine Diskussion war unmöglich, Aussage des Budget-Mitarbeiters: "that's it". Zu Erinnerung: Bei Abgabe des Fahrzeugs wurde nichts über eine zu starke Verschmutzung gesagt. Ich hatte folglich keine Chance, das Fahrzeug selbst noch zu reinigen. Mehrere Woche später habe ich per Post eine Rechnung von Budget erhalten. Darin aufgeführt ist ein Posten "Unfallschaden/Selbstbeteiligung" von 133€. Mit diesem Betrag wurde mittlerweile meine Kreditkarte belastet, nicht aber mit den angeblichen Reinigungskosten. Ich hatte bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Ahnung, um was für einen Unfallschaden es sich handeln könnte, es gab weder einen Unfall noch sonstige Schäden am Fahrzeug. Nochmal: Bei Abgabe des Fahrzeugs sagte der Budget-Mitarbeiter "everything's ok" und kritzelte seine Unterschrift auf irgendeinen Zettel. Eine - leider erfolglose - Reklamation des Kreditkartenumsatzes bei meiner Bank brachte heraus, das es kein Unfall, sondern die angebliche Verschmutzung und die deshalb nötige Reinigung sein sollte, was 133€ kostete. Auf insgesamt 3 E-Mails hat Budget nie geantwortet, das Geld haben sie sich aber leider nicht mehr nehmen lassen. NIE WIEDER BUDGET!!! UPDATE: Nachdem Budget auf dieses Review reagiert hat (s. "Response from the owner" hier direkt darunter) habe ich sie 2x angeschrieben und bekam auch 2 Antwort. Fazit: Sie rücken nicht von ihrer Position ab und werfen mir vor, ich hätte mich geweigert, bei Abgabe des Mietwagens irgendeine Erklärung zu unterschreiben ("The responsible station claims that you denied to sign the accident report for the biological cleanance."). Eine Lüge und Unverschämtheit!

SIMPLY AVOID to rent a car with BUDGET! we booked a car at 9.30pm and they were not at the airport nor answering at the phone! no car available we had to book a different hotel close to the airport. the day after they didn't apologyze... WORST EVER experience with a car rental company!!!

The worst case I have ever met in my life for car rentals. Be careful to the terms of the contract and ask from them to confirm (in written form - especially when you return the car in the airport even during no office hours) that the car you gave them back is ok. Best thing you have to do is just avoid this company. There are several and more reliable

Booked a Jeep. Apparently an Audi Q2 is the same and a Suzuki Vitara. Not what we ordered and just really annoyed. Thanks for nothing. Been informed by Budget at the airport that they don't actually stock that they are advertising on the Budget Hire site or through Rhino cars. Clearly misleading people as when you come to a place like this you want a rugged vehicles as the roads can be quite rough. If you don't have this jeep on the island - don't advertise them!!!!!
