★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is managed by very unprofessional people, I had to do an event for 25 people that were travelling form abroad, for a big conference and they cancelled the dinner 2 weeks before the event. I had to find an alternative restaurant last minute and ended paying more because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was just perfect! We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and kindness. The room was absolutely beautiful and i loved the marble look of the bathroom. Rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned every day. They even folded our pyjamas when cleaning the room, wauw! Very friendly hotel staff and no question was too much. We even received a breakfast bag when we mentioned our early flight. The location was perfect and close to the city center and parks. Breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view of the Akropolis. I absolutely loved the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom and upon request I received some to take home. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were great, clean and very comfy. The decor was nicely done. Breakfast from the 7th floor had a nice view of the Acropolis. The selection of food left something to be desired, but the breads were sweet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to book our shuttle to and from the airport. The tourist areas were walking distance as was the metro stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is well located but for what you pay, the staff is incredibly unhelpful. The recommendation I was given for parking was a garage that wouldn't let me park overnight and kept upping the price so I finally just left and found my own. When I told the front desk it was a bad recommendation, they said they just didn't know. I watched them tell another guest the same about money exchange. I also saw a separate receptionist actually yell at a couple for hailing their own taxi when they had been waiting for 20+ minutes for the one the hotel called. Would NOT recommend for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from the top floor is amazing. The staff were always nice and helpful. Talking about the rooms the bathroom we had to lift up on a little lever in order to get the shower to work that is the only thing that I would say was a quirk in this place. They had a placard that we just didn't see so we were able to figure out how to get the shower the work once we found it. The breakfast was great every morning again the people who worked there were super nice
