A	Anastasis Savoulidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στα κεντρικά δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα στο κατάστημα Δράμας δεν ξέρουν τις τους γίνεται και έχουν και κατάστημα στο Νευροκόπι που λένε ότι αργεί να πάει δέμα σε διπλανό χωριό και απλά περίμενε ηλίθιε με υπέρογκα μεταφορικά και εποικινωνια ανύπαρκτη ( χτες που ήμουν στην Δράμα και πήγα να πάρω το δέμα μου το είπε η ίδια η υπάλληλος επομένως εγώ ξέρω τι γίνεται εσύ μάθε να μιλάς μπας και γίνεις άνθρωπος. Για πες μου 7 μέρες μέχρι το περιθώρι και μέσα σε 1 μέρα στην Θεσσαλονίκη και έχεις τα μούτρα και μιλάς. A	Antigoni Com on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ έχω κάνει 2 παραγγελίες με acs και στις 2 με κάλεσαν για το αν θα πάμε εμείς στο κατάστημα να πάρουμε τα πράγματα ενώ έχω πληρώσει για μεταφορά στο σπίτι ! και τις 2 φορές ο courier μας κάλεσε να κατεβούμε κάτω στο πεζοδρόμιο να παραλάβουμε τα πράγματα (μικρό μέγεθος τα κουτιά ) και εννοείται τον ενημερώσαμε να ανέβει στον όροφο (με ασανσέρ ) I have made 2 orders with acs and at 2 they called me about whether we will go to the store to get the things while I have paid for transport home! and 2 times the courier called us to go down to the sidewalk to pick up things (small size boxes) and of course we informed him to go upstairs (by elevator)

Καταρχήν στο κατάστημα δεν απαντάνε σε κανένα τηλέφωνο, για να μπορέσει να υπάρξει συνεννόηση σε περίπτωση κάποιου κολλήματος. Ο κούριερ δεν έχει πάντα μαζί του μηχάνημα POS, με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορεί να παράδοση το δέμα, αν δεν υπάρχουν μετρητά. Σε αυτό φυσικά δεν ευθύνεται ο κούριερ, αλλά κάποιοι άλλοι... Το δέμα δεν επιστρέφεται άμεσα στο κατάστημα, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται κάποιες φορές να πας και να ξαναπάς στο σημείο. Κάποια στιγμή αργότερα έρχεται μύνημα, ότι το δέμα θα βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα μέχρι κάποια συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία για την παραλαβή του από εκεί. Δεν καταλαβαίνω, γιατί δεν γίνεται εκ νέου διανομή του δέματος από τον κούριερ, αυτή την φορά έχοντας μαζί του το μηχανάκι, διορθώνοντας την παράλειψη... L	Li La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Με πηρε τηλέφωνο ο κουριερ οτι θα φερει το δεμα. Τον ενημέρωσα οτι λογω υποχρεώσεων θα ηθελα να ειναι συνεπής. Περιμενα 2 ωρες το δεμα φυσικά ΔΕΝ ηρθε ποτέ! Στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντησαν ποτε ουτε στο κινητό, ουτε στο σταθερό! Ενημέρηση φυσικά ΠΟΤΕ! Αντιεπαγγελματικότητα στο έπακρον! Αν θελαμε να περασουμε απο το μαγαζι (προφανώς ειναι η τακτική σας να αναγκάζεται τον πελατη να το κάνει), δεν θα πληρώναμε εξτρα χρέωση! Σεβασμος μηδεν! Με διαφορά η χειροτερη εξυπηρέτηση στην Δράμα! Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να σας ξαναπροτιμησω! Unacceptable! The courier called me to bring the parcel.
