★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, twice they have attempted to deliver packages while I am at home and left. Apparently they rang the wrong bell. I had to go and pickup the parcels myself. They will not give you a courtesy call even if you provide a number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hall new meaning for the word courier . Always delayed - They never update their tracking system so you have no idea where is your parcel - They never answer the phone after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes the system kicks to you out .

Couriers not passing by saying they have; deliveries than can take more than 3 days to reach from distribution center to handling shop; pnones that are not picked up and close automatically after 10 minutes of wait time...
