★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση, και αναφερομαι στο καταστημα του Γαλατα Τροιζινιας.
Το δεμα μου εχει φτασει απο τη Παρασκευη 26/06 οπου και μου ερχεται μηνυμα να παω να το παραλαβω.
Υποσχεθηκαν να παραδοθει την επομενη, Σαββατο οπου δε παραδιδεται, και τη Δευτερα, στις 29/06 ερχεται ξανα το ιδιο μηνυμα, οτι το δεμα ειναι στο καταστημα. Μετα απο τρια τηλεφωνηματα ερχεται ο Ντελιβερας και με ενημερωνει οτι εχει σχολασει, ζητωντας μου να παω να κανω ψιλα γιατι δεν εχει ρεστα να μου δωσει.
Ειναι πολυ κριμα να υπαρχει τετοια ανεργια και να παιρνουν θεσεις εργασιας ανθρωποι οι οποιοι ειναι αγενεις, αναγωγοι, αντιεπαγγελματιες και δε την αξιζουν.
Αν δεν ηθελε να παραδωσει το πακετο επειδη ειχε σχολασει, να μη το εκανε.
Χαρη δε ζητησα απο κανεναν.
Στη διαθεση της διοικησης για οποιαδηποτε διευκρινηση.
Unacceptable service, and I am referring to the store of Galatas Trizinias.
My parcel has arrived on Friday 26/06 where I get a message to go and pick it up.
They promised to deliver the next day, Saturday, where it is not delivered, and on Monday, 06/29, the same message comes again, that the parcel is in the store. After three phone calls, Deliveras comes and informs me that he has gone to school, asking me to go and do small things because he has no rest to give me.
It is a pity that there is such unemployment and that people who are rude, rebellious, unprofessional and do not deserve it get jobs.
If he didn't want to hand over the package because he had gone to school, don't do it.
Thanks I didn't ask anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και ενημερώνουν για δέμα.. Ερχονται ακριβώς σπιτι σου!!! Σε σχέση με speedex και γενική μεταφορική που είναι πατος δεν ενημερώνουν δεν έρχονται εάν δεν πας ο ίδιος να ρωτήσεις εάν έχεις δέμα... Και συνήθως το έχουν στις Εκκρεμότητες.... είμαι πολυ δυσάρεστη για αυτές τις δυο εταιρίες
Δεν θα θελα ξανα να παραλαβω κάτι παρά μόνο από Acs... Η ACS του Γαλατά είναι η Μακράν ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ!!!!
Flawless fast service and they inform about a package .. They come right to your house !!! In relation to speedex and general transport that is bottom they do not inform do not come if you do not go yourself to ask if you have a package ... And usually they have it in the pending .... I am very unpleasant for these two companies
I would not like to receive anything from Acs again ... Galatas's ACS is by far the BEST !!!!
