★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During lockdown their service drops dramatically. Huge delays in arrivals, endless containers with unchecked parcels and very few people working and trying to save the day. Only they remain polite and gentle, though today I spent 40 minutes waiting for a parcel that hasn't even arrived in their office but no-one took the time to inform me. Will visit again after this situation ends to check if there will be any improvement.
