The main issue would be: OVERCHARGED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, no idea why FEDEX trusts these goons for their business here in Greece. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING as you will inevitably have to deal with this company's outrageous pricing and incompetence. Had I known this myself earlier, I would be more happy to opt for slower shipping times instead of doing "business" with them. (Item came from USA)

For an order of 186$ they charged me an extra 250$ of non sense importing expenses including shipping cost to the final destination which I have initially paid in the total of my order. Words are not enough to express the unreliability, dishonesty and ridiculousness of this company. Fedex should be seriously reconsider working with them. For the record, I preferred returning my order back to the sender and lose my money, rather giving those charlatans even 1 €
B	Bernard Kidman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most horrible and shady company I've ever dealt with. Because of Brexit, there's now a €36 customs tax for items from the UK; fair enough. But this dodgy, dodgy company added €100 in their own, made-up charges ('brokerage fee', 'handling charges', 'delivery order fee'), meaning I had to pay €136 to collect the gift that my mother sent me for my newborn baby (a second-hand pushchair). This shady company took from a week to a fortnight to reply to each email, meaning that I paid €136 for the privilege of receiving my gift about a month late. To make matters worse, the small print in this company's email said that they would charge me €20 for refusing the €136 quote! They also had some vague stuff about charging me for storage if I waited too long. It basically felt that my mother's gift was being held to ransom by criminals. It was a horrible feeling, and I never want to experience that again. My mum paid the UK company Parcel Hero for this package to be delivered to me in Greece, and that should be that; only the €36 in taxes should have applied. This partner company shouldn't have the ability to add on their own made-up charges in this way. I've had other packages sent over with the national carriers (Royal Mail and Hellenic Post), and they arrived without any extra charges; the same with a multi-national company, that has their own staff on either end. Choose one of these reliable carriers; you don't want to be sprung with hidden charges and shady bandits.

They charge extravagant amount of money in order to perform customs clearance of your parcel (120 euro in comparison to 20 euro that Greek post office charges for the same procedure). If you don't accept their offer they charge you 25 euro just because so. I ask for them to transport my parcel to my shipping city's airport in order to perform customs clearance by myself and they claimed that they 'll charge me 150 euro cause it's not in the protocol. It's one of the most unpleasant and disturbing transactions that I have made. I strongly recommend to speak with your seller before you made any purchase that need customs clearance and suggest them to send your parcel via Post Office rather than Fedex Ups or TNT. They work together and they have created a frame up that exploits innocent customers.

Orbit Couriers sa who claim to perform customs clearance are literally a den of theives & crooks.Your only choice is to pay the astronomical fees-(you are basically being robbed in broad daylight) or lose your item.If you don't accept their quote they will still find a way to rob you:They work in collaberation with Fedex so stay away from them also !!! g	galina stamenova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who are they any way! There are so many good courier services in Greece, wonder what are the reasons FedEx is employing such a mediocre company. To rip off people! There are articles written about this company, unfortunately had no choice but pay 121€ fee for clearing of a packet of 41€ value from Japan! The fee should have been about 30€!! So somebody has put in their pockets 90€ Avoid this company at any cost!

I've had bad experiences working with other courriers but this is not the case; They are prompt, courteous and their pricing is reasonable. Special kudos to Maria Kontou who handles our account for her professionalism.
G	Gillian Lawler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. How this company is allowed to continue operating as it does is beyond me. Delivery from Australia via FedEx passed to Orbit for customs clearance who sent me a customs invoice for €257 on a package value of €199!! The Duty & Tax rates are published and should have been around €55! I received a delivery via Australia Post/Elta a couple of months before and correct charges were applied. On Orbit’s breakdown the D&T’s were €135 and the remaining bogus charges, amounting to €122, included a €25 delivery charge, even though FedEx Greece told me that they would be making the delivery (once customs paid), not Orbit! I requested ‘return to sender’ which involved many emails from me and the shipper and FedEx in Australia to FedEx Greece and Orbit. Eventually my package was returned to Australia. Disgraceful that FedEx Greece continues to partner with this unethical company. Don’t let them take your money or hold your goods. Good luck!
