I	Irini Grypari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού Παρασκευή 10 με 3μμ. Εμεινα όλη μέρα στο σπίτι.Δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Το Σάββατο προσπαθούσα από 9.27 μέχρι 12.50 να κλείσω νέο ραντεβού.Δεν απάντησε ποτέ κανείς. Οποτε πήγα η ίδια να παραλάβω από το κατάστημα. Η κυρία βάρδιας 13 30 στις 15/1/22 μου είπε ότι έχει το πακέτο ο courier μαζί του για να μας το παραδώσει και ότι την καθυστερώ από την εξυπηρέτηση των επόμενων πελατών και τα παράπονά μου στα κεντρικά!! Βγήκε κ ο "προϊστάμενος" κ ρώτησα για ποιο λόγο έδωσε το πακέτο μου στον κούριερ χωρίς ραντεβού. Δεν γνωρίζω τι γράφει το μήνυμα που σας ήρθε, μου είπε. Τα πακέτα φεύγουν από δω καθημερινά για παράδοση. Και το κορυφαίο μου λέει όλοι τα ίδια λέτε ότι είστε σπίτι και κανείς δεν είναι.. (!!!!!) Εξυπηρέτηση και οργάνωση μηδενική. Και ο κύριος μάλλον δουλεύει σε άλλη εταιρεία για να μην ξέρει τα μνμτα που στέλνει.. Αφού κατάλαβαν ότι δεν πρόκειται να φύγω χωρίς το πακέτο μου, ξανακοίταξαν τον κωδικό στον υπολογιστή και το βρήκαν ω εκ του θαύματος!!! Πλήρωσα μεταφορική για να έρθει το πακέτο στο σπίτι αλλά τελικά πλήρωσα τις βενζίνες για να πάω να το παραλάβω μόνη μου αφού πρώτα μας τσιτωσαν τα νεύρα οι κύριοι κύριοι εκεί μέσα και αφού δεν υπήρχε καμία τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση They made an appointment for me Friday 10 to 3pm. I stayed at home all day. They never came. On Saturday I was trying from 9.27 to 12.50 to make a new appointment. No one ever answered. So I went to pick it up from the store myself. The lady of shift 13 30 on 15/1/22 told me that the courier has the package with him to deliver it to us and that I am delaying it from the service of the next customers and my complaints at the headquarters !! The "boss" came out and I asked why he gave my package to the courier without an appointment. I do not know what the message that came to you says, he told me. The packages leave here every day for delivery. And the top one tells me all the same you say you are home and no one is .. (!!!!!) Service and organization zero. And the gentleman probably works in another company so that he does not know the messages he sends .. After they realized that I was not going to leave without my package, they looked at the code on the computer again and found it oh by a miracle !!! I paid for transport to get the package home but I finally paid for the petrol to go and pick it up myself after the gentlemen in there first got on our nerves and since there was no telephone service
D	DM PhotoshoperMan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ότι χειρότερο σε μεταφορική, δεν θα έπρεπε να είναι καν μεταφορική. μου έρχεται μήνυμα στο viber τύπου ελάτε σε επικοινωνία να κανονιστεί ημερομηνία παράδοσης, τηλ αυτό και email αυτό Παρασκευή 24/12... παίρνω 3 τηλέφωνα, το καθένα περίμενα 15λεπτά με 20 λεπτά, δεν το σήκωσαν ποτέ...(τι το έχετε το τηλέφωνο???) στέλνω email με ερώτηση μήπως μπορούν να μου το στείλουν σήμερα, όχι δεν γίνεται Τρίτη 28/12 λένε, όκ λέω κι εγώ. Μπαίνω να δω Τρίτη σε τι κατάσταση βρισκόμαστε με τον κωδικό. Βλέπω γράφει, Παρασκευή 24/12 αδυναμία παράδοσης, Απών Σημείωμα, ενώ μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν Παρασκευή και το ραντεβού κλείνετε Τρίτη, και ενώ Παρασκευή έτυχε να μην κουνήσω από το σπίτι. Πάω να βρω λοιπόν στο γραμματοκηβώτιο το σημείωμα, ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΜΑ!!! Ξανά τηλ να δω τι γίνεται, θα έρθει σήμερα δεν θα έρθει, εννοείτε τηλέφωνο δεν σηκώνουν, περίμενα 2 τηλέφωνα των 20 λεπτών... υποτίθεται πληρώνω 7 ευρώ μεταφορικά να μου έρθει το δέμα από το Μαρούσι στο Ίλιον, να γλυτώσω ταλαιπωρία βενζίνες και τελικά το μόνο που κερδίζω είναι περισσότερη ταλαιπωρία! Όχι όμως δεν θα πληρώσω και τα μεταφορικά και να έρθω να παραλάβω από το κατάστημα! Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να έρθω, η θα μου το φέρουν η ας τα βρουν με τον πωλητή που προτίμησε την συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική. Εννοείτε ο οδηγός ξεχνά οποιοδήποτε μπουρμπουάρ, ούτε λεπτό. that worse in figurative, it should not even be figurative. I come in to see on Tuesday what situation we are in with the code. I see he writes, Friday 24/12 inability to deliver, Absent Note, while I was told they could not Friday and the appointment booked Tuesday, and while Friday I happened not to move out of the house. So I'm going to find the note in the mailbox, NO NOTE !!! Call again to see what happens, it will come today it will not come, you mean they do not pick up the phone, I was waiting for 2 20-minute phones ... I am supposed to pay 7 euros shipping to get the parcel from Maroussi to Ilion, to save the hassle of gasoline and in the end all I gain is more hassle! But no, I will not pay the shipping and come to pick up from the store! There is no case for me to come, or they will bring it to me or let them find it with the seller who preferred the specific transport. You mean the driver forgets any bubbles, not even a minute.
