★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so so currently regarding their services. On one hand, I went there and got my parcel. The personnel was fast and helpful and worked efficiently. On the other hand I called them multiple times to keep my parcel and they would send me messages saying they will send it back. ?

For sometime now I have been ordering different items on-line.and I found that ACS is one of the worst companies that I ever encountered, and this are the reasons why:
First we have received the a call from the ACS currier informing my daughter that we should go and pick up the package in Agiou Dimitriou 30. I called back the ACS office, they answer my call and they put me on hold (the justification was to inquire about my order), goes without saying that I waited at least 20 min listening to the classical music, which in particular was not so amusing, not in this particular time, I work from home and I needed my phone for that purpose. Acknowledging that ACS costumer service staff are not going to attend to my call, I was obliged to go directly to their office in Agiou Dimitriou 30 (waited in the queue as in front of me there were at least 5 people), only and only to be told that my package is with the currier, at this point as one can guess I was frustrated but as the young lady did not seem to be helpful, nor did she care about my problem I decided to come back home and call again ACS Costumer Service office. To my biggest surprise/disappointment the lady on the phone told me that the currier did not find me at home and the package will return to the ACS office. To my question "Why the currier did not leave the package with my daughter who was at that time home, but instead told her to go to the ACS office" I did not receive the answer.
I insisted that ACS agent informs me when I will receive my package, The Agent only replied to me " I will tell the currier to deliver it to you tomorrow, but I don't know will he deliver or not".
As a Accredited Trainer for Customer Service ( I have delivered around 100 trainings on Customer Care Service ), I was left with big disappointment that the organisation like ACS do not even train their young beautiful employees how to deal with customers and how to solve the problems, instead what they learn is this robotic answer " I only can tell the curries to bring but I don't know will he bring it or not"....
DEAR ACS AGENT,
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW. THE MOMENT THAT YOU PUT ACS'S RED AND BLACK UNIFORM YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO FIND SOLUTIONS AND ASSURE THAT YOUR CLIENTS RECEIVE THE BEST TREATMENT AND NOT THE CONTRARY.
What I have encountered today is an unprofessional behaviour of the ACS staff members.
P.S. I was obliged to put one star in order to be able to post this message they do not deserve it.
My suggestion is TRAIN YOUR STAFF on how to handle different situation and how to find solutions, instead bouncing the blame between the currier and the office, while the costumer is left with no information nor assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even now in those pressing times where couriers take all that holiday pressure along with Covid-19 measures small departments like this one continue to offer exceptional services. Polite and quick they know what they're doing and they give you no grief about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very important legal documents were picked up from Athens and delivered to Athens within a day during COVID-19, order from Public arrived in less than a day, very professional. People need to realize that these are special occasions and not simple times.

In these difficult situation with pandemy they just don't care about you. Never deliver the item till house, never call you for your item, if they send you message the text in this message is like this: we unable to find your in address. Bullish things happen. When you go to receive item from those office you got crazy, there is always 20 person in front of you. Waiting time is minimum 45 min. Personal that work there for sure have base greek salary, because they almost hate clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I call, there is 10 minutes queue followed by the line dropping. Even if I connect, the women working there do not want to help, it seems as if they hate their jobs, but they must do them. Each time I visited the place, the phone was ringing and nobody paid attention to it. Very, very poor service. Other ACS offices in Thessaloniki are pretty much good, the packages come mostly on time, only once I had an issue with my package being "lost", but it was found afterwards. Company is OK, but this office is not. Give them a raise or get new workers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time they came, I just happened to be out for 1 hour (classic), so rang them and they said they'd come again in 2 days.. waited in all morning, nothing.. had to walk 30 mins to go there anyway. They told me the courier had come at 10.30am but I was definitely home! Annoying.. and the girls in the shop obviously weren't interested! ?
