L	Lemon Tree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20/11 μου έστειλαν sms ότι έχω πακέτο, δεν μου το έφεραν καν το στο σπίτι, όταν πήγα στο κατάστημά τους να το παραλάβω κάποιες μέρες αργότερα το είχαν ήδη στείλει πίσω χωρίς να με έχουν ενημερώσει ότι υπάρχει προθεσμία (ούτε ειδοποιητήριο, ούτε στο sms που έστειλαν). Αναγκάστηκα να ξανακάνω την παραγγελία, από 30/11 μου δείχνει ότι βρίσκεται σε αυτούς αλλά ούτε προσπάθεια παράδοσης έγινε, ούτε κάποια ειδοποίηση είχα από αυτούς. Προσπαθώ από προχθές να τους βρω στο τηλέφωνο να συνεννοηθώ μην το ξαναστείλουν πάλι πίσω, αλλά δεν απαντάει κανένας....παντελής αδιαφορία. Καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχει μεγάλος φόρτος με τις παραγγελίες εν μέσω καραντίνας, αλλά έχω παραλάβει δέματα από άλλες courier και τουλάχιστον κάνουν μία προσπάθεια παράδοσης και ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα στο τηλέφωνο. Το 1 αστέρι μάλλον είναι πολύ αφού δέμα δεν έχω πάρει ακόμα από αυτούς... 20/11 they sent me an SMS that I have a package, they did not even bring it to my house, when I went to their store to pick it up a few days later they had already sent it back without informing me that there is a deadline sent). I had to re-order, from 30/11 it shows me that it is in them but no delivery attempt was made, nor did I have any notice from them. I have been trying to find them on the phone since the day before yesterday, to make sure that they do not send it back again, but no one answers ... complete indifference. I understand that there is a large load with orders in the middle of quarantine, but I have received parcels from other couriers and at least they make a delivery effort and answer the phone immediately. The 1 star is probably a lot since I have not received a package from them yet ...

Αγενεστατος, με πήρε τηλεφωνο για να παραλάβω και του είπα ότι δεν είμαι σπίτι αλλά θα πω τη μητέρα μου να κατέβει να παραλάβει. Η απάντηση του ήταν δε θα κάτσω να περιμένω εδώ, σε 2 λεπτά αν δε κατέβει έφυγα. Και του απάντησα ότι σε 1 λεπτό θα κατέβει να παραλάβει. Βεβαίως ο κύριος δε περίμενε ούτε αυτό το 1 λεπτό, ανταυτου άφησε το πακέτο (αξίας 899€) στην πυλωτη της πολυκατοικίας και έφυγε απ' όπου και το πήρε η μητέρα μου. Εάν είχε χαθεί αυτό το δέμα κύριοι ποιος θα με αποζημιωνε εμένα; Αντιεπαγγελματισμος και τίποτα άλλο. Αν δε μπορεί ο εν λόγω κύριος να κάνει σωστά τη δουλειά του να πάει στο ταμείο ανεργίας.υπαρχει τόσος κόσμος που αναζητεί εργασία και θέλει να δουλέψει σωστά. 1 star for the behavior of the distributor only. Ο διανομεας ομως ηρθε κ με αναγκασε να αφησω μονο του το παιδι που κοιμοταν κ να κατεβω εγω να παρω το δεμα γιατι οπως επι 5 λεπτα αγενεστατα κ με υφος τυπου "κυρα μου πας καλα?" μου ειπε με το που ανοιξα την πορτα της οικοδομης οτι στο κουτι του εχει ακριβα δεματα κ οτι το κουτι μπορει ευκολα να διαρρηχθει κ αν του παρουν κανενα κινητο που εχει 600 ευρω τι θα κανει αυτος??! Ισως αν ηταν εστω κ λιγο ευγενικος κ ειχε τροπους να προσπαθουσα να τον καταλαβω αλλα οταν αρνεισαι να κανεις τη δουλεια σου κ εχεις κ υφος δεν θα μπω στη διαδικασια.. Δεχομαι μεσο ορο 1 με 2 δεματα καθε βδομαδα απο διαφορες courier αυτο το σκηνικο πρωτη φορα μου συμβαινει..
