D	Dimitra Galbeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα μια παραγγελια διαδυκτιακα όπως κάνω συνήθως. Είχε σημειωθεί η ώρα παραδοσης να είναι μετά τις 16:00 λόγω της εργασίας μου. Πάραυτα ο υπάλληλος πηγε για παραδοση κ μου είπε στο τηλ ότι δεν κάνουν παραδοση στη συγκεκριμένη περιοχη εκείνη την ώρα!! Η απόσταση από το κατάστημα στο χώρο παραδοσης 500μετρα να πω. Αναγκάστηκα να παω να το παρω μόνη μου. Απαράδεκτο. Ενώ σε άλλες εταιρείες δεν το κάνουν κ δεν είχα ποτε θέμα. I placed an order online as I usually do. Delivery time was after 16:00 due to my work. Nevertheless, the employee went for delivery and told me on the phone that they are not delivering in the specific area at that time !! The distance from the store to the delivery area is 500 meters to say. I had to go get it myself. Unacceptable. While in other companies they do not and I have never had an issue.

Εγώ δε φταίω σε κάτι να υφισταμαι τα κόμπλεξ σας κι αν δε θέλετε, ας μη κάνετε αυτή τη δουλειά! Άκουσα και το ηρωικό από το διανομέα, ότι μου χτύπησε το κουδούνι, που υποτίθεται ότι γράφει το επίθετό μου, ενώ ΔΕ ΜΕΝΩ ΚΑΝ ΣΕ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΠΟΛΥΚΑΤΟΙΚΊΑ!! Έλεος, γίνετε λίγο άνθρωποι. Η ευγένεια είναι καθήκον του ανθρώπινου είδους! Rudeness in full, it's not enough that they made a mistake with my package, they speak completely indecently as if they are doing you a favor! It's not my fault that I have to endure your complexions and if you do not want to, do not do this job! I also heard the heroic from the distributor, that the bell rang, which is supposed to write my last name, while I DO NOT LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT BUILDING !! Mercy, become a little human. Kindness is a duty of the human species!

But on the other, after their first attempt to deliver the package, I called them and corrected the name on the door and the lady on the phone said they're gonna try to deliver it again, but they never did! THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. After I called today they said that they just had returned the shipment back and there's nothing they can do about it and hanged up the phone in my face.

They took the boxes from my house giving me wrong details over the phone about dimensions and kilos, so when I went to pay in the shop ( with my boxes already inside their warehouse), the prize was almost 200 euros more Thant they one the give me on the phone before taken my boxes. When my packages arrived, most of my stuff was broken and they “time of complain” expired, so I couldn’t get back neither my items or my money. ( imagine my stuff was rolled in bubble papers and even with that they managed to smash it). Very pricey and bad quality service, never again with them.
