ACS Courier - Pireos 193

False system updates (indicating 'out with courier' or 'unsuccesfull delivery attempt' to justify their incompetence). Had two parcels to be delivered to the same adress, one arrived on time, second 3 days later is 'somewhere in their office' but can't locate it and I can't pick up, and their estimate is to deliver 7 days after the first parcel was delivered (same pick up date, same shipping adress!!!). Asked why their system gives false indications and they didn't have a reply to give! Unprofessional!

It said it would be here on Thursday but it delayed almost a week . Plus they wouldn’t let me go pick it up myself .

It would probably be faster and a lot more efficient for one to train his own homing pigeon if you care about getting your parcel delivered on time. Joke aside, the overall ACS experience was a shocking one. To summarise, order placed on 8th, close to no updates on their tracking service, got a failed delivery note on the 15th. (7 days for something that should've been delivered within 3 days according to their initial update when order was placed). Most probably delivery person didn't even bother to ring the intracom as I was at home all day, nor did he even bother to give me a call or text. Met an ACS delivery person outside of my place a few hours later and it so happened to be the same guy that "tried" and failed to deliver the package earlier. You can only imagine how thrilled I was, was actually hoping that I will finally get my parcel. Little did I know, the adventure was about to continue. Delivery guy told me he already took the package back to their premises and another delivery attempt will happen on the on the 20th (+5 days - 12 in total) or... and here is the point I still had a bit of hope, I could go to their office and pick up the package myself. No biggie, right? Drove to their office, happy, thinking I was close. Was met by a rude, unprofessional employee. She told me that I should collect my parcel only after they text me that it is ready to collect and this will happen in a day, or two, or who knows. They will text me. Obviously, I was very disappointed with the proposed resolution, given all of the above and the fact that she literally had my package there, yet refused to hand it over. Asked to talk to her manager and she offered one of ACS's phone no. that no one ever picks up. Yet to receive my parcel and lost all hope. So yeah... get yourself a homing pigeon.

One of the worst courier in Athens. Even Elta is better. They never deliver on time. I used to live right across them and could never deliver any item and I always had to go by myself because theyalso they NEVER pick up the phone. Lastly, the girls working there were always in a bad mood and rude.

Absolutely and utterly disgusted. Firstly they claim to have rung the doorbell, but 3 people in the same small house can testify otherwise. Then in the store I spoke with a lady named Ioanna Andreadaki and the customer service was completely disrespectful. Speaking with an Ironic tone, she refused to help us further and was too busy checking inside her purse to pay attention to us. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. You're better off paying a couple euros more to actually receive your package rather than wasting your money and time here.

I called from morning and choose option to speak in english, they picked up and hung up when I asked to speak in English. Ohhh delivery system in Greece is really bad…

LAZIEST employees in Greece. They don't answer phones and they do not deliver the packages ever on time if at all. Only say this because it is happened over five times and they are the only company that will deliver for FedEx who should really fire them and find someone else who will do the job . So fair warning people and good luck.

Courier was so extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke politely with him on the phone. We had a misunderstanding and instead of trying to understand what I was trying to say, he just yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Then when attempting to follow up with this delivery through the local office, I was met with yet another rude and unprofessional employee. Unfortunately this was just another of so many unprofessional experiences I’ve had with ACS, including another incident where the courier refused to take the elevator to deliver a small package to my door and rather expected me to leave my small child alone so I could go downstairs and take it from him. Or the countless times they’ve supposedly rung the bell and claimed no recipient was home even though I was home the entire time… or how now they claim that there is simply no name on the bell when it is clearly and distinctly displayed.
