★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service as confirmed by other reviewers. They would never be my choice of courier, but some large companies such as Abbott choose to deliver medical materials through them. I don't understand why as they are totally unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what’s wrong with this company that my parcel will never be delivered at my home. I must always pick it up the next day in their reception. Most of the time, I am at home but have never heard that they ring the bell!

I can see in their system that they it is supposed to be delivered today, And in my amazement I see that they register in their system that no one was found at home where I currently am, furious and fuming because no one picks up the phone at the store and a complaint form is nowhere to be found at the website despite the fact that they are obliged by law to have a form for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, I don’t know what’s wrong with this company!!!! I've never received my order on time. I work from home with flexible hours but I've never heard that they ring the bell in order to receive my order! For some reason, they just leave the notification paper, and it does not make sense they do not even make an effort to ring the bell even if they went to the address in order to leave the package!!! THE WORST EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not customer service. It is CUSTOMER TORTURE. Nobody picks up the phone! And NOBODY left any notices on the three (3!) occasions the company claims they could not deliver the package. I know because on two of those I was working at home at the alleged time of delivery and the third was clocked at the end of their shift. What a DISGRACE of a currier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, terrible service. Messaged me first and then called me to inform that they passed by to drop a parcel (which they never did as there is always a person at home) and said that I could only pick it up from their warehouse.
In the reception of the warehouse, there is only one lady who takes note of the tracking number and goes by herself in the warehouse to find and pick the parcel (average time of transaction 3-4mins). Imagine that with a big cue of many people waiting for the same reason.
This is how they work lately and talking to other customers waiting in the row, they all had the same issue. Myself, I waited 15' to be serviced. Some others needed to wait for an hour. By the way, arriving at the facilities, I noticed at least 10 company cars parked and some few personnel working.
Need to fix this bad service and the lies about deliveries that are never made
