★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst courier company in Greece. I am really at a loss as to why some businesses keep using them after the torrent of poor reviews and very frequent customer complaints. Unresponsive, unprofessional, frequently misplaced or delayed packages, non-existing customer support and near impossible to speak with anyone over the phone. The Kifissia branch at Elaion must be their poor service champions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst courier company in Greece. Long delays on the packages, completely disorganised in the sorting office. I have been waiting for ages at the office as we speak. They've been going from bad to worse. Avoid, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service overall. When you have a package to be delivered they tell you that it will be delivered from 09.00-17.00. They can't give you a specific window of time, or alert you before your package is delivered, like many courier companies do. So, you have to wait for 8 hours patiently by the door for your package to be delivered. Then, they only ring the bell once and if you don't respond within 3'' they leave. They don't even have the courtesy of giving you a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier in Greece. You should have zero, one star is too much for this unprofessional company.
1. Never answer the phone.
2. They never deliver and always leave a message on the phone that they cannot find the address. This company is a big joke.
3. I arrange through the application to pick up the product in a smart point of Acs. I go with my PIN and they don't know anything. Its more than 2 weeks and I haven't received my product yet.
FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
