Με πήραν από το κατάστημα που παρήγγειλα ότι η ACS τους ειδοποίησε πως με τα 4 ευρώ πρέπει να πάω να το πάρω εγώ από την ACS Ηρακλείου και πως αν θέλω να μου το παραδώσουν στο σπίτι είναι άλλα 6 ευρώ χρέωση!!!!! Δηλαδή πληρώνεις courier για να πας εσύ να το πάρεις από εκεί. Στη θέση σας θα ντρεπόμουν. Order in a store through Skroutz, I paid for courier shipping 4 euros. Την τεταρτη φορά μετά από πολλά παράπονα, έκαναν αναπάντητη. Δώστε στα παιδιά ένα κινητό να μπορούν να κάνουν κλήσεις, ήμαρτον... Συνεργάζομαι με το κατάστημα περι τα 2 χρόνια. 2 χρόνια έρχεται ο υπάλληλος με ένα ύφος λες και του βρίσαμε τη μάνα, λέω δώσε τόπο μπορεί να έχει προσωπικά.... 2 χρόνια.... εχθές ήρθε για 2η φορά εντός της ημέρας λόγω λάθους του καταστήματος (για πολλοστή φορά), και μας έκανε και τσαμπουκά οτι τον φέραμε 2 φορές ενώ έφταιγε το σύστημα του καταστήματος που έδωσε 2η εντολή παραλαβής αφού η παραλαβή είχε πραγματοποιηθεί. 2 χρόνια, για το κατάστημα αυτό και τη συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου ήταν πάρα πολλά και πολύ μεγάλο λάθος. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ ACS !!!!ΠΟΤΕ ΜΕ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΑ, ΥΠΟΓΡΑΜΙΣΜΕΝΑ ΚΑΙ ΠΛΑΓΙΑ ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΑ. ΠΟΤΕ!!!!!!!!! The worst courier and the worst store by far. I have been working with the store for about 2 years.
