N	Neli Stoyanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, unprofessional, unorganized service. I am really disappointed. I was trying to contact Acs more than 150 times by phone, I was hold on line 1500 min and then just the call failed and no answer, no feedback, I visited 2 times office of Asc 9 am in the morning, I was waiting more than 2 hour with no result and then I should go back to work, then in the evening I visited the office again making 20 km drive agaun and I was "pleased" to leave as they can not accept any more clients. Finally my orders that I was waiting so long time were sent back to the seller and I couldn't receive them.

The courier pretends that he has come to the house only to say you where away so you go to the only store that supports a heavily populated area. But if you wanted something better you should have used UPS or DHL.

A	Angie Conedera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I never really write reviews but these people are the worst kind and this must be said. Spoke on the phone with two "members of staff" and they were the rudest representatives I have ever spoken to. You can tell they put 0 effort in their work and I am too afraid to even imagine what their training was like. As per usual (only with ACS) the doorbell never rang and I was called by ACS' automatic machine. It said it was going to connect me with the driver, but they hung up before they even picked up. When I called them back, I spoke with two of the rudest "people" in my life. Calling them animals would be an insult to animals. One hung up while I was explaining to them that my desk is literally under the door phone and it never rang. The other hung up immediately once I refused their demands to travel to their establishment to pick up my package. But seriously, if I was to do that, why not just go and purchase my item from the store directly? Why would we bother using the worst courier service in Greece? Seriously....you are the worst. Let's hope businesses stop using ACS. NOTE: I not once was rude and the only reason I gave them to be rude to me was my denial that the doorbell rang.
