Σκέφτομαι αφού οι άνθρωποι έχουν τόσο δουλειά και με την κακοκαιρία ας πάω παρόλο που έχω πληρώσει να έρθει σπίτι μου. Πάω και μου λένε άδικα ήρθες αφού ο courrier το έχει πάνω του και δεν φαίνεται να το παραδώσει καν σήμερα. Τόση ταλαιπωρία για το τίποτα δηλαδή. Ανοργάνωτοι εντελώς, είχανε τις παλέτες με τις κούτες έξω στο δρόμο να βρέχονται από τη βροχή. Προσωπικά δεν θα θελήσω να ξανασυνεργαστώ με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Περίμενα δέμα και ήμουν σπίτι εφοσον δουλεύω απο το σπιτι πλεον, ο κουριερ δεν περασε ΠΟΤΕ και η τηλεφωνήτρια είπε οτι περασε και εγω δεν τον ακουσα "γιατι ήμουν στο μπανιο". Αρα αναγκάζομαι να πάω εγώ να το παραλαβω εξαιτίας της ανικανοτητας και του αντιεπαγγελματισμού τους. Bad call their call center. Κι ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει σχεδόν 2 εβδομάδες μετά την άφιξη του δέματος στο κατάστημα! Απαράδεκτοι και θεωρώ τεράστια προσβολή να φέρεσαι έτσι σε πελάτη που έχει πληρώσει για την υπηρεσια ήδη! M	Mairy FL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω γιατι ήθελα απλά να ζητήσω να κρατήσουν το δέμα στο κατάστημα να περάσω να το πάρω εγω απο κει και δεν το σήκωνε κανένας. Μετά τις 2 φορές που χτυπούσε το έκλειναν, μετά το σηκωναν κανονικά και το έκλειναν ενώ άκουγα συνομιλίες και αφου κάλεσα πανω απο 6 φορές τελικά το σήκωσε μια υπάλληλος με ύφος λες και την πήρα στο σταθερό του σπιτιού της Κυριακή στις 6 το πρωί, και αφου κατάφερα να ζητήσω τι θέλω, έκλεισε πάλι με ύφος. Επίσης το σημείο που βρίσκεται η εταιρεία, δύσκολο να το βρεις, αν μένεις κεντρικά στη Νέα Ιωνία θες ολόκληρο ταξίδι για να πας. Απο μένα είναι όχι! Ξανά καλείς και επειδή κουράζονται πολύ οι κυρίες που εσύ επιμένεις γιατί θες να κάνεις την δουλειά σου, σου απαντάνε και με στυλακι. Αν δεν σας αρεσει η δουλειά σας καντε κάτι άλλο, δεν σας φταίνε οι αλλοι για να έχουν αυτήν την αντιμετώπιση. Καλώ όλη μέρα, το σηκώνουν, η γραμμή ανοίγει για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και μετά ακούγεται που κοπανάνε το τηλέφωνο και στο κλείνουν στα μούτρα οι κυριες. It's almost ridiculous how bad the staff is. Τα δέματα τα βρίσκουν απο τύχη και μόνο αν επιμείνεις. Ντροπή και για αυτούς και για τον εργοδότη τους.
