M	Mika Villas Team on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional at least!!! We called at the shop after a delivery was missed and there was no answer. After calling the cellphone that informed us that package had arrived we were treated rudely and was told to cold the shop ( they never answer the phone)

After so many phone calls I managed to speak with a person and he told me that the package is about to come the next hour. I was inside the house all day waiting and it never came.

J	John Andrew Kypriotakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They never deliver on time. They will hold the package for more than 3-4 days in hope you will go pick it up yourself. Even in times of quarantine. They don't care if it's a national emergency or not, they will not deliver. Saves the driver costs I guess. 2. When you finally go pick it up yourself they are rude, they take their time to do anything but service you and in general spend time, which causes the place to become filled with people. 3. I wish the government shuts them down. There are hygienic and agoranomic reasons to that.

They will hold the package for more days in order you will go pick it up by yourself. Unable to reach them by phone... Poor customer service.

They call you for 20 sec if you dont answer, the courier never returns your call and does not bother to try and deliver it, if you want the package you have to pick it up yourself from an acs store where the customer service is horrendous. One of the times i was there picking up a package i waited 3 min at the start of the line while the employ was arguing on the phone with a woman who mentioned that she was pregnant and could not come to the store. They just told her it wasnt their problem. I am shocked skroutz uses acs as their courier service. If only i could rate them 0 stars.
