★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η εταιρία για άλλη μια φορά. Ήταν που ήταν προ κορονοιού το αστείο που σου χτυπούσαν την πόρτα αλλά δεν σε βρήκαν, τώρα δεν έρχονται καν. Μετά από 10 λεπτά αναμονής για να εξυπηρετήσω με φυσική παρουσία και άλλο ένα τέταρτο για να ψάξουν και να βρουν τα πανεπιστημιακά βιβλία η απάντηση ήταν "Θα σας στείλουμε μήνυμα μόλις τα βρούμε που είναι". Μετά μου πρότειναν να τα στείλουν στην μόνιμη κατοικία μου ( εφόσον τους ενημέρωσα ότι θα πρέπει να επιστρέψω σε αυτή και τα βιβλία μου θα επιστρέψουν πίσω όπως λέει ο κανονισμός) με αποκορύφωμα σήμερα να παίρνω για να ενημερωθώ τι εξέλιξη υπάρχει στο αντίστοιχο κατάστημα στην περιοχή μου (Αθήνα πλέον) και ενημερώθηκα πως δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση... δεν φτάνει που έχουν κάνει συμβάσεις με όλα τα καταστήματα και πλέον η πλειοψηφία παραγγελιών έρχεται με acs δεν έχουν καν σκεφτεί να πάρουν και άλλο προσωπικό για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση και των πελατών τους αλλά και των ίδιων των εργαζομένων τους οι οποίοι κουράζονται τόσο πολύ αυτές τις μέρες και αναγκάζονται να ακούνε και τα δικά μας παράπονα. Κάντε κάτι επιτέλους εφόσον ξέρατε ότι όλη η αγορά στηρίζεται στις δικές σας πλάτες (λέμε τώρα)
The company is unacceptable once again. It was a joke before they knocked on your door but they did not find you, now they do not even come. We will send you a message as soon as we find them ". Then they suggested that they send them to my permanent residence (if I informed them that I should return to it and my books will be returned as the regulation says) with a highlight today to get to know what is going on in the respective store in my area (Athens now) and I was informed that there is no information ... it is not enough that they have made contracts with all stores and now the majority of orders come with acs they have not even considered hiring other staff for the best service of their customers but and their own employees who are so tired these days and forced to listen to our own complaints. Do something at last if you knew the whole market was on your back
