Δεν ξέρω βαριούνται να κάνουν την δουλεια τους δεν τους αρέσει δεν ξέρω αλλά επειδή κάνω συνέχεια παραγκελειες και τις περισσότερες φορές έρχονται με acs, το δέμα δεν μου έρχεται ποτέ πραγματικά ποτέ απλά αφήνουν χαρτάκι και τέλος δεν μπαίνουν καν στον κόπο να παρουν ένα τηλέφωνο η έστω να ανέβουν να χτυπήσουν. Το έλεος με όλη την σημασία απλά απαράδεχτοι, κάνουν τόσα παράπονα και μας γράφουν κανονικοτατα και είμαι μετά εγώ αναγκασμένη να πάω από εκεί να τα πάρω και να περιμένω 20 λεπτά ενώ ο courier περνάει που αυτή είναι η δουλεια του και δεν χτυπάει ένα κουδούνι.. κρίμα αλήθεια.. The worst courier really unacceptable .. I do not know they are bored to do their job they do not like it I do not know but because I keep ordering and most of the time they come with acs, the package never really comes to me they just just leave a piece of paper and finally do not even enter trouble getting a phone or even going upstairs to knock. Mercy in all its significance is simply unacceptable, they make so many complaints and write to us normally and then I am forced to go from there to get them and wait for 20 minutes while the courier passes where this is his job and does not ring a bell .. pity true ..

Γενικά πολύ κακή ποιότητα υπηρεσιών από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ACS Drop Point: For 2 hours their system does not work with the result that I can not pick up a product that has arrived from the 24th of the month first in the store and then at a drop point. Έτσι προσπαθεί η ACS να προσελκύσει πελάτες??? Προσλαμβάνοντας προσωπικό που διώχνει τους πελάτες??? Αγενέστατοι !!!! Especially the girl .... she almost hit me ... S	Stella Kornarou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΑΚΡΙΆ!!!!! Χρόνο με τον χρόνο γίνονται χειρότεροι. Ήταν να φέρουν αποστολή με 2 πακέτα, Έφεραν το ένα... το πήραν πίσω... τώρα αγνοείται.... Η ύπαρξη τους.... Στο τηλέφωνο δεν απαντά κανείς, αναμονή με τις ώρες ή αυτόματη επιλογή που στο τέλος ζητάς εκπρόσωπο και... ή δεν έχει διαθέσιμους και το κλείνει.... ή λέει ότι σε συνδέει και στο κλείνει...... Λυπάμαι που υπάρχουν!!!!! Μακριά...... Away!!!!! They get worse year by year. They were to bring a shipment with 2 packages, They brought one ... they took it back ... now it is ignored .... Their existence .... Nobody answers the phone, waiting for hours or automatic selection that in the end you ask for a representative and ... or he is not available and he closes it .... or he says that he connects you and closes it ...... Εστειλαν μηνυμα το πρωι οτι εντός της ημέρας θα παραδοθεί η παραγγελία (αφού το είχαν 1 εβδομάδα στην αποθήκη τους), τους πήρα τηλέφωνο στις 16.00 να δω τι συμβαίνει και μου λένε ότι παραδίδουν μέχρι τις 18.30 (όντως στις 18.20 με πήρε ο οδηγός οτι ήταν στο σπιτι μου). Όταν είπα ότι δεν θα ειμαι σπιτι να παραλάβω μετα τις 17.00 και να κανονίσουμε άλλη ημερομηνία αλλα μέχρι 16.00 μου είπαν οτι πρέπει να πληρώσω!!! για ποιο 4ωρο θα ήθελα να παραλάβω! ΑΙΣΧΟΣ, ΑΞΙΟΛΎΠΗΤΟΙ! ειδοποίησα την εταιρία που έκανα την παραγγελία οτι δεν θα παραλάβω, τι συνέβη (ευτυχώς είχα με αντικαταβολή) και παραγγείλα από αλλού με μια σοβαρή courier. The worst shipping! They sent a message in the morning that the order will be delivered within the day (after they had it in their warehouse for 1 week), I called them at 16.00 to see what is happening and they tell me that they deliver by 18.30 (indeed at 18.20 the driver picked me up that it was in my house). When I said that I will not be home to pick up after 17.00 and arrange another date but until 16.00 they told me that I have to pay !!! for which 4 hours I would like to receive! DISGUSTING, RELIABLE! I notified the company I placed the order that I would not receive, what happened (luckily I had cash on delivery) and I ordered from elsewhere with a serious courier.
