★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier ever!!! Unacceptable!!! They pretend they can't find you or that you were absent. They don't answer calls at all, so to force you to pick up your package from their branch. That happened several times. I am currently not accepting incoming packages from the so called "ACS" furthermore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional, almost impossible to reach them on the phone unless you try for half an hour. They just hang up on you, like this! It's a pity that ACS. one of the leading courier companies in Greece, to have such representatives destroying their brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier you can find in Greece. Just terrible. No phone support at all. They ask you to wait on the line min of 15 min, because all their reps are busy, and then after 15 min paying and waiting on line, they just hang up the phone EVERY TIME, exactly the same. Then, the worst is that they NEVER deliver and they say that they weren't able to find the address or the person despite that they have delivered many times to the same address. They just fool you in front of your nose, all this happens to me EVERY time i have something for delivery from them. And EVERY time, I have to go there, wait at least 30min and then collect my packet. Just terrible. Not even one star for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are probably the worst courier in Greece. I can't blame the specific store for the general company policies, but it's been a few years where they made it practically impossible to contact a specific store by phone. All calls are routed to a call center where nobody answers or able to help. From personal experience:
It has been in 2 separate instances to date, that I can see my package has arrived in the specific store. So there is no way to contact the store to confirm the arrival and if I am able to pick it up from them. So I was forced to drive to the store only for them to tell me that yes the package is here but we cannot hand it to you because it's "in the back" still inside the transport carriages that have not been opened yet (!!). TERRIBLE customer service. Unable to contact stores, understaffed, packages stay in the store unable to be picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub store of chain business private post service. They're not polite and gentle to customers and among other issues quality service is below average.
Not suggesting but also can been avoided.
So, be patient....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The real cost of a bad delivery company.
ACS is used by many seller companies. ACS never delivers the package to my home neither do they call informing your package has arrived, they just send it back to the seller. Now I have been charged for the delivery and got nothing. The seller contacted me to say that if I want the product I ordered I will need to pay for delivery..... a second time. Seriously? I live less than 100 m. from the ACS Thermi office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite all the negative reviews, I've never had a bad experience with ACS. always ontime. Parcels delivered next day. Phone calls are answered, once you figure how to get through the robot answering machine. Staff are always super kind and helpful. My only issue is that the door to the store could use some cleaning just from the sheer amount of people using the store. All in all, I'd highly suggest them.
