K	Konstaninos mavinidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά θα ήθελα να τοποθετηθώ στο γεγονός ότι η ACS Ορεστιάδας παρέχει κάκιστες υπηρεσίες!!! Πιο συγκεκριμένα περίμενα δέμα, με παράδοση στο χώρο μου. Ζήτησα να προηγηθεί τηλεφωνική συνεννόηση πριν από την παράδοση και να πληρώσω με κάρτα (μιας και πλέον οι περισσότερες συναλλαγές γίνονται με κάρτα και λόγω και της γνωστής κατάστασης). Ένα μεσημέρι, στις 4 ακριβώς και ενώ αναπαυόμουν, ήρθε ο διανομέας από την εταιρεία χωρίς να ειδοποιηθώ νωρίτερα [(δεν σχολιάζω το γεγονός ότι ήταν ώρα κοινής ησυχίας και ανάπαυλας) (εάν δεν βρισκόμουν στο σπίτι δεν θα έχανε και ο υπάλληλος χρόνο από την εργασία του, να περιμένει, να θυμηθεί τότε να καλέσει στο τηλέφωνο και να επαναπρογραμματίσει την παράδοση για άλλη στιγμή; Καθόλου επαγγελματισμός)]. Τελικά ο υπάλληλος δεν είχε μηχανάκι για ανέπαφη συναλλαγή και δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε η παράδοση. Αναζητώντας στο internet το κατάστημα και τις ώρες λειτουργίας (8π.μ.-8μ.μ.) πήγα στο κατάστημα 5.30μ.μ.) την ίδια μέρα με την προοπτική να το παραλάβω ο ίδιος, αλλά ένας σποθηκάριος που ήταν εκεί μου είπε ότι 6.00μ.μ. ανοίγουν πάλι και δεν εξηπηρετήθηκα. Καλώντας αργότερα το κατάστημα και ζητώντας ορισμένες εξηγήσεις για την όλη κατάσταση η υπάλληλος μου είπε πως τελικά μηχανάκι δεν είχαν οι διανομείς (παλιότερα έτυχε να πληρώσω με αυτόν τον τρόπο για άλλη παραγγελία) με την αιτιολογία ότι είναι χαλασμένα και δεν τα έχουν αντικαταστήσει (δεν θα έπρεπε να το είχαν κάνει;), για την μη ειδοποίηση δεν είχε να πει κάτι και για το ωράριο του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος το μπαλάκι πήγε στα κεντρικά (τα κεντρικά δεν πρέπει να έχουν ενημερωμένο το ωράριο;). Απαράδεκτοι, καθόλου επαγγελματισμός και όπως βλέπω είναι και δέκτες πολλών παραπόνων!!! First I would like to take a stand on the fact that ACS Orestiada provides bad services !!! More specifically, I was waiting for a parcel, with delivery to my place. I asked for a telephone consultation before delivery and to pay by card (since most transactions are now done by card due to the known situation). One afternoon, at exactly 4 o'clock and while I was resting, the distributor came from the company without notifying me earlier [(I do not comment on the fact that it was a time of common quiet and rest) (if I was not at home the employee would not lose time from work his, to wait, to remember then to call on the phone and reschedule the delivery for another time? No professionalism)]. Eventually the employee did not have a motorbike for a contactless transaction and the delivery did not take place. Searching the internet for the store and the opening hours (8 am-8pm) I went to the store 5.30pm) the same day with the prospect of picking it up myself, but a shopkeeper who was there told me that 6.00pm they open again and I was not served. Calling the store later and asking for some explanation for the whole situation, the clerk told me that in the end the distributors did not have a motorbike (I used to pay this way for another order) on the grounds that they are damaged and have not been replaced (will not they should have done it;), for the non-notification he had nothing to say and for the opening hours of the specific store the ball went to the centrals (the centrals should not have updated the opening hours?). Unacceptable, not at all professional and as I see it they are also recipients of many complaints !!!

Ι	Ιωάννης Καπελάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στείλαμε με την σύζυγό μου ένα πτυχίο Αγγλικών για ακριβές αντίγραφο στην Ελληνοαμερικάνικη Ενωση και μια εργασία Πανεπιστημίου σε εξεταστική επιτροπή. Και τα δύο προοριζόταν για ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ. Η εργασία κιόλας έπρεπε να εξετάστει από επιτροπή σε κάποιες ημερομηνίες και για αυτό ρωτήσαμε αν θα είναι τα έγγραφα εκεί την ώρα που πρέπει. Μας απάντησαν θετικά. Την πήραν τηλέφωνο από το Πανεπιστήμιο να μάθουν γιατί άργησε η εργασία της. Παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο την ACS που μας είχε εγγυηθεί ότι θα φτάσει στην ημερομηνία που έπρεπε. Η ACS μας απάντησε ότι τα έγγραφά μας βρισκόταν στην ΑΘΗΝΑ (!!!). Εμείς έξαλλοι ζητάμε να μεταφερθούν αυθημερόν Θεσσαλονίκη. Μας απάντησαν συγγνώμη για το λάθος αλλά είπαν ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε παραπάνω για να σταλούν αυθημερόν τα έγγραφα! Μετά τους ξαναπηραμε τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν ότι τελικά δεν έγινε λάθος και ότι η Αθήνα αποτελεί ενδιάμεσο κέντρο διαλογής!!! Δηλαδή όλα τους τα προϊόντα που στέλνουν από Ορεστιάδα στη Θεσσαλονίκη τα στέλνουν μέσω Αθηνών!!! Καλά πόσο υποτίμηση πια στη νοημοσύνη μας!!! Έλεος! Η χειρότερη εταιρεία courier στην Ελλάδα!!! Και σε άλλα καταστήματα σε άλλες πόλεις είναι το ίδιο (έχω γράψει αντίστοιχες δημοσιεύσεις) αλλά το κατάστημα της Ορεστιάδας μετά το γεγονός αυτό είναι ο πρωταθλητής!!! My wife and I sent an English degree for an exact copy to the Hellenic American Union and a University paper to an examination committee. Both were destined for THESSALONIKI. The work had to be examined by a committee on some dates and that is why we asked if the documents would be there at the right time. They answered us positively. They called her from the University to find out why her work was late. We call the ACS who had guaranteed that it would arrive on the due date. ACS replied that our documents were in ATHENS (!!!). We are furious and ask to be transferred to Thessaloniki on the same day. They apologized for the mistake but said we had to pay more to send the documents the same day! Then we called them again and they told us that in the end no mistake was made and that Athens is an intermediate sorting center !!! That is, all their products that they send from Orestiada to Thessaloniki are sent through Athens !!! Well how much devaluation now in our intelligence !!! Mercy! The worst courier company in Greece !!! In other stores in other cities it is the same (I have written corresponding publications) but the Orestiada store after this event is the champion !!!

Μου έχει τύχει επανειλημμένα να περνάνε ως status "αδυναμία παράδοσης" (πχ παραλήπτης απών) ενώ βρισκόμουν στο σπίτι όλη τη μέρα και αυτό γίνεται για να το παραλάβεις ο ίδιος από το κατάστημα. Δεν προσέχουν καθόλου τους παραλήπτες που στην ουσία αυτοί είναι οι πελάτες τους, γιατί αυτοί πληρώνουν τα μεταφορικά στο εκάστοτε eshop. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. They never pick up the phone in the store. It has happened to me repeatedly to pass as status "failure to deliver" (eg recipient absent) while I was at home all day and this is done to pick it up yourself from the store. They do not pay any attention to the recipients who are in fact their customers, because they pay the shipping costs in each eshop. Very bad experience.

Στην συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία σου στέλνουν sms, ότι προγραμματίστηκε παράδοση της αποστολής μετά από 3-4 μέρες, από την ημερομηνία άφιξης.. αναγκάζοντάς σας, εάν θέλετε το προϊόν γρηγορότερα, να περάσετε οι ίδιοι από το κατάστημα και να το παραλάβετε. Το καλύτερο που μπορείτε να κάνετε, όταν περιμένετε μία παραγγελία από κάποιο e-shop, είναι να έχετε τον κωδικό εντοπισμού, για να ξέρετε και εσείς, ως ευσυνείδητοι πελάτες-πολίτες, τι σας γίνεται.. T	To Va on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο και κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Χωρίς καν να περάσουν από το σπιτι στέλνουν μηνύματα ότι πέρασαν και σου λένε να πας για παραλαβή από το κατάστημα. φυσικά δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι αλλα ο υπεύθυνος που δεν κάνει προσλήψεις σε διανομείς. Ποιο το νόημα να πληρώνουμε μεταφορικά και αντι να έρθουν τα δέματα σπιτι να πηγαίνουμε να τα παίρνουμε από το κατάστημα? Unacceptable and bad service. Without even passing through the house, they send messages that they have passed and tell you to go for collection from the store. Of course, it is not the employees' fault but the one in charge who does not hire distributors. What is the point of paying for shipping and instead of the parcels coming home we go to get them from the store?
T	Thanasis Kalpakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ότι χειρότερο σε μεταφορική...μακάρι να είχαμε σε όλα τα σάιτ την επιλογή να διαλέξουμε κάποια άλλη...όχι μόνο δέν τα φέρνουνε σπίτι, αλλά δεν ενημερώνουν κάν ότι έφθασε το δέμα έτσι ώστε να τα παραλάβουμε μόνοι μας...το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι that worse in transport ... I wish we had the option to choose another one on all sites ... not only do they not bring them home, but they do not even inform that the package has arrived so that we can pick them up ourselves ... at least unacceptable
N	Nikos Xenitakis (Houtsou) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν δεν πάρεις τηλέφωνο ή περάσεις απο κει, στην καλύτερη περίπτωση σε παίρνουν τηλέφωνο μετά από 3-4 ημέρες να ειδοποιήσουν για την άφιξη του δέματος - αν δεν το ξεχασουν εντελώς- και συμβαινει πάντα τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια περίπου. Την τελευταία φορά ειχαν περάσει 6 ημέρες απο την άφιξη στο κατάστημα μέχρι που πήγα εγω απο κει να το αναζητήσω. Τα 2 αστέρια και οχι 1 τα παίρνει λογω του ότι οι κοπέλες στο γκισέ είναι εξυπηρετικές If you do not pick up the phone or go through there, at best they call you after 3-4 days to notify you of the arrival of the package - if they do not forget it completely - and it always happens in the last 2 years or so. The last time 6 days had passed since the arrival at the store until I went there to look for it. He gets the 2 stars and not 1 because the girls at the counter are helpful
