★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What you see is what you get. No scams, no extra taxes. I reserved a Polo but got a Jimney instead. Even though we had a jeep, off-road driving was prohibited. Good service overall.

Very simple ordering and pick up process (in their office in Hersonissos or delivery to hotel), no deposit necesary, full insurance, good quality cars (both times cars were quite new) and service. You can communicate in Russian too. No hesitation to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car from October 5 to 14’s. To begin with, Nikos worked with me. He advised me on whatsapp before and during the trip. Nikos told me in detail and honestly about the rental price. I rented a Fiat panda with a manual gear. Nikos helped me all the time. The car was almost new, with low mileage. Very easy to manage, nothing superfluous. The roads in Crete are very good, I crossed the distance from Agio Nikolaus to Elafonisi beach by car. No problem. I recommend this agency, next time I will definitely use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searching for a rental car while walking through Chersonissos, we decided to go to Action because of the good reviews.
We hoped to be able to take a car immediately because I’m pregnant and the road back to the hotel was uphill. Unfortunately, nothing was available but they offered to bring us back to the hotel AND pick us up the next morning to collect the car.
It was a slightly older car but offered for a good price including insurance and booster seat for our 4yr old, because there was nothing else within budget available. The car drove great, we made a nice trip to Vai Beach (2,5hr drive) and other cities. We rented the car for a week and after turning it in, they brought us back to the hotel.
Very impressed with this great level of service! We definitely recommend to rent your car here.
