The location was brilliant, everything was so close, the pool was right on the beach, the restaurant and bar were right by the pool. Staff were so helpful throughout our entire stay, they made us feel so welcome, we were put completely at ease with their Covid safety. Special thanks go to, Christine at reception, Anna who looked after everyone at the very hot lobby bar without even a fan. Manos at the pool bar and Christine in the restaurant. The food was delicious every day and I would definitely recommend this hotel, better than 5 stars
D	David Spiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spending a week at Adele Beach Hotel was amazing. It definitely exceeded any expectations I had. The rooms were nice and clean(recently reconstructed), the food was good as well and all diets have a choice to eat whatever. There was direct access to a nice beach which is a bit rocky but nothing wild. In terms of accessibility I prefer it to staying in a city and traveling around the island from the hotel is easy. We recommended renting a car for a day or 2. Great spa services also available for those want them. The best thing, however, was the service and the staff, everyone was super nice and welcoming, special shout-out to Manos and Anna. I will definitely be back if I am on Crete! Have a good season!

Accommodation was super clean , modern and of high standards. Food was so many choices and something for everyone. Loved the vibes, had. Great holidays there. Definitely going back again ??❤️❤️❤️

Staff were lovely and especially Giorgos I think it's his name (sorry if I didn't pronounce it well). Rooms very clean. As suggestions and not criticism, try to make the WiFi work(in our 3 first days didn't work at all) , put less salt in the food (sometimes it was hard to eat even though it was tasty), lack of entertainment (some boards games, cards could be made available).

ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful but a special shout out for Anna and Nichos who I think went over and above to make us feel special. The manager Christina also made sure we were happy with everything. Location was also amazing. I highly recommend this wonderful friendly hotel.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, at reception they make the effort to arrange excursions and airport transfers. Rooms are contemporary and clean. The buffet has good variety but if you're vegan you may struggle. Also if you don't feel like having the buffet there are good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
