Great hotel, lovely staff, great food and excellent facilities. Private beach, kids club, numerous pools, tennis courts and restaurants. Would return again:)

This is the best hotel ever we have stayed in, so much so when I turn 50 next year we have booked to come is July to celebrate, can't wait.

One of the best places I have been on holiday. I will add one thing to what others said. We have in family a coeliac kid, and they went overboard for her. Cooked her what ever she wanted GF. Definitely come back

Hotel met expectations. Exeptionally clean. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Food was good. Rooms were nice and clean. Garden beatifull. Only negative - were asked to be silent in the indoor pool which was ridiculous with 2 children. Because spa is in the same spot. I guess its your problem yours spa area is in the pool area and not in the separate area. Also very outdated indoor pool and even small waterslide for kid would be huge entertainment. Otherwise everything was spotless. Ialso i must say that kids club staff was exeptional and deserve a praise. They were very caring and professional.

Have stayed at this hotel five times, why keep coming back. All members of staff are fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, the food is wonderful, the communal areas are spotless, and is just the place to come to, too unwind.

On arriving at this hotel, we were very pleased with first impressions. Pleasant welcome with fizzy wine and juice on offer and a grand appearance. . That was soon to turn to reality. We were half board and can honestly say that we have eaten much better food in a 3 star. This hotel is certainly not a 5 star platinum hotel. There was plenty of food on offer if you like salad, cold chips and rabbit stew, veal liver or pork. The food choices were appalling. The room we had had an amazing view of the sea and amazing sunsets and that was the height of this hotel. Rooms are dated, waiters are rude unless you are spending a fortune on drinks to go with your dinner and quite honestly they all have an illusion of grandeur, when this is more like a 3 star hotel. We spoke to other guests who had been to this hotel many times previous and they said that the food and staff had gone down hill, not meeting usual standards and not recognising any of the staff. We understand that since covid they need to try and make their money back, but charging €7.70 for a bottle of fizzy water at dinner time that costs €0.89 in the local shop is an absolute p*** take. . If you want a break away on the beach, but with nothing else going on except a quiz day here and there and tbh not much to do local either unless you travel out , then book here. If you want good food and lots to do then avoid this hotel. This is an honest review from some one who has stayed in 2 star hotels to 5 star hotels many times !

Very nice place to stay. The family garden view room is very beautiful and in a very good shape. The sea is right behind the hotel. Although the prices for drinks are very high when you have no all inclusive

This is a great hotel. The customer service is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and varied. And the location is perfect, not too far from Rethymnon Old Town (best to take the bus or taxi, however). It is right on the beach with lots of loungers (but not too many. and the main pool is beautiful. We went in May and the weather was perfect and it wasn't crowded. I'd definitely come back.
