Best Greek restaurant in Greece

A	Andreas Troester (Andreas) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, attentive waitress and also here, we got a full plate of fresh fruits and cake pieces after the main dish - interesting fact: only women are working there, which for me personally was pretty cool and I like the approach!
M	Moody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staffed restaurant with mostly tourists in the heart of Heraklion - went to try it after a local recommendation. Food was really 50:50 - as you can see we tried a lot and wanted to get a good idea on the dishes. Greek salad for instance was just ok - the simple ingredients like the cucumber, was not very nice and the tomatoes. Some of the appetisers again were good, like the aubergine croquettes and the Dakos. The fried cheese balls, grilled feta and Greek salad were not.

Also the macaroni with spinach, dried tomatoes and cheese is good. We also tried sausages and smoked pork but those were a bit dry. Other than those two all other dishes we tried were nice.
M	Matthew Comeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good menu with traditional dishes. Very beautiful setting. Sadly, I found my food excessively salty. The included sweet at the end was nice. Considering the prices, I would consider it to be not great value. A man, perhaps the owner or manager, was, it appeared to me, barking nonstop orders at the staff, which was irritating. The waitress serving food was, in between, picking up litter and dirt in the courtyard with her hands (at his request).
