★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση για αντικατάσταση scanner σε πολυμηχάνημα. Εντός 2 ημερών ήμουν έτοιμος και το μηχάνημα δουλεύει και πάλι. Πολύ θετικό το ότι έχουν πάρκινγκ απ' έξω καθώς είναι σε δύσκολη περιοχή.
Very fast service for scanner replacement in a multifunction machine. Within 2 days I was ready and the machine works again. It is very positive that they have parking outside as it is in a difficult area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το τμήμα service για επισκευή παλίου μοντέλου εκτυπωτή το οποίο είπαν ότι βεβαίως μπορούν να το φτιάξουν, ύπηρξε χρέωση για την διάγνωση 20 ευρώ(επαναλαμβάνω ήταν γνωστή η βλάβη),10 για την επισκεύη και προτροπή για αγορά μελανιών καθώς όλα ήταν "εντάξει" . Αποτέλεσμα αγορά καινούργιων μελανίων από αλλού , τοποθέτηση και μη λειτουργία μηχανήματος. Δεν τραβούσε χαρτί. Το ξαναπήγα , δεν αναγνωρίσαν ποτέ ότι μπορεί να είχαν κάποιο φταίξιμο,αντιθέτως επιμέναν ότι ίσως να φταίει την 2η φορά η τοποθέτηση μη αυθεντικών μελανιών. Όλα αυτά σε διάρκεια 1 μήνα χωρίς ενημέρωση αφήνοντας και email και τηλέφωνο. Σύνολο ταλαιπωρίας μη επισκευής και δικής μου χρέωσης προς ένα παλιό μηχάνημα 45 ευρώ, όταν με λίγα παραπάνω παίρνεις καινούργιο(έγινε και αυτή η σύσταση) Συγγνώμη κύριοι αλλά αυτό δεν είναι επαγγελματισμός καθώς και έγω χωρίς να γνωρίζω την δουλειά σας έφτασα λόγω καλών σχολίων. Τα πολλαπλά παραστατικά που εκδίδονται δεν κάνουν τον σοβαρό επαγγελματία.
After a phone call with the service department to repair an old printer model which they said of course they could fix, there was a charge of 20 euros for the diagnosis (I repeat the damage was known), 10 for the repair and a prompt to buy inks as everything was "Okay" . Result: purchase of new inks from elsewhere, installation and non-operation of a machine. He did not draw paper. I went again, they never acknowledged that they might be to blame, on the contrary they insisted that it might be the fault of the second time to insert non-genuine inks. All this for 1 month without information, leaving both email and phone. Total inconvenience of non-repair and my own charge to an old machine 45 euros, when with a little more you get a new one (this recommendation was made too) Sorry gentlemen but this is not professionalism as I arrived without knowing your work due to good comments. The multiple documents issued do not make the serious professional.
