Great place , atmosphere, friendly people , the food is beautiful,the cocktails are perfect ,barkeeper knows his job well

Almost clean place, low space on beach. Nice sunset. Great taverna. Amazing food.

Avoid avoid avoid worse place on Malia! Ridiculously bad customer service to me and my friends on our first girls holiday! Never would recommend this place to anyone it’s totally over rated and on there water sports !!!!!

Good place for anybody nice beach nice water sports and most important friendly and professional staff. 2 swimming pools 1 with slides for kids lot of fun for all family!

Bad! Not worth its cost at all! Careful! Dodgy people, girls definitely unwelcomed.. Paid in advance, the 2 separate rooms not ready on arrival & sent us to a double room for part of the stay & took very long to allocate us the required rooms. Judgemental, nosey & dodgy, & pushy when it was about paying for further services. Location looks appealing, but not worth it.. If chosen, brace yourselves for some strange & annoying setbacks! Tricky!

The stay here was pleasant. The facilities are good and modern, well installed. The ambience feels very good. The breakfast and dinner included on the half pension are worth it. The dinner is very complete but the breakfast, there are lack of fresh fruit in the morning. In the evening there is everything and many fruit, but in the morning there is only one type. The rest is really alright. There are many fresh and healthy options. I would suggest to keep up the options with no added oil or salt , very natural. The room estate is alright, could be much cleaner. Also the room maintaining could be better it is never really clean even if you leave your stuff out of the way and tidy. But the price for everything was really good - the structure around is great, pool, beach, bar, view and the place where the hotel is located. The employees were mostly kind. Some were rude. In general I would definitely recommend but suggest that improvements would be taken. Objective improvement suggestions: - Buffet: breakfast with fresh fruit, in general keep natural options with no condiment, sauce etc. (Raw veggies and fruits) - Cleaness: improve the room for the first entrance (there were spots with dust and bathroom didn't make a very desinfected and clean impression - Information on booking: weren't really clear what we would get. Hotel name and place isn't really clear l couldn't tell what hotel and what room.

We had an amazing stay at Aeolos Beach! The staff were lovely and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast could be better but I really enjoyed the dinner options. Our room has a balcony but was facing the parking lot so not a great view. The amenities of the hotel is great! They have 2 pools and a lot of sun beds. They also have a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks, which was a really great spot to watch the sunset. Prices are decent as well. You will need to pay for the sun beds at the beach, it’s €10 for the whole day with free water/juice so not bad. The hotel also offers water sports. We really love the close proximity of the hotel to the main strip that has tons of bars and restaurants. It’s just a 5-7 mins walk from the hotel.
