Amazing hotel! Super friendly staff, very clean and beautiful with modern furniture. The rooms with private hot tubs are wonderful and the pool is great as well. Highly recommend as it’s close to the beach where you get discounts on sunbeds and welcome drinks.

it was a wonderful experience. accommodation pleasantly surprised us with outdoor equipment. the pool and its surroundings were absolutely amazing. we had a great relax here and enjoyed our stay. the beach was also nice and their beach bar was also worth it. there was also the possibility of smoking a hookah which pleased us. the rooms and bathrooms were also clean and nice. the accommodation is in the center right next to disco bars but at the same time the rooms are quiet and peaceful, which is great. meals and snacks at the bar next to pool were perfect and for good price. the only thing we missed was the bottled water in the rooms. when we arrived we were tired and at least a bottle of water would be nice. everything else was great. :) thank you !

I love this hotel and the wonderful kind and helpful staff. We had a triple garden access room and it was lovely and spacious. It’s modern and very nicely done. The bed is luxury and the cleaning is spotless The pool is sensational and a short walk to their beach bar, this is not attached to the hotel you need to walk over the road (2 minutes) to it. Maria is absolutely delightful and the day staff are excellent too, thank you. We will be back!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it is or it feels like family owned business. Everyone is very friendly, service is on the top level. It seems that everything is well thought and made for your comfort, like even small things: special (grey) towels for pool or beach packaged in special beach bag that you can carry out with you. You don’t feel like you have to pay for every little thing. Also fresh coffee pods for Nespresso was a nice touch! Other than that very relaxing atmosphere and great pool surrounded by palm trees.

A good hotel but maybe not adapted to young people, no music, around the pool it's very quiet, better for old customers. Otherwise a very beautiful swimming pool but unfortunately not heated so it is imposible to stay more than 5 min. Also a little disappointed because it was our honeymoon and I asked twice to prepare a room a little romantic for our arrival! I would have been ready to pay a supplement for that of course, but nothing was done so I had to do it somewhere else. The view on the rooms downstairs is not incredible , view on a dry straw field to be improved. Apart from that, it's a good hotel, the hostesses are very welcoming and the rooms are correct even if some points are to be improved.

The pool area with palm trees is photogenic and friendly staff. But the rooms are standard, old and lots of stains in the bathroom, bedsheets weren't very clean and owners are not flexible. We booked this in 2020 but all our flights was cancelled due to pandemic but the owners absolutely refused to refund out of goodwill even if it's not our fault. We had to rebook this year and paid more (the difference). Not suited for young people, perhaps for older generation or tourist groups as the street this hotel was located is incredibly touristy and 'artificial'.

This hotel has cancelled our booking 4 days before our arrival to Crete! We booked our holiday with this hotel over 3 months in advance, we were really looking forward to stay at this place as the pictures looked great, the pool area especially and the fact that they had their own private beach. The reviews and ratings were great, it all seemed perfect. I almost fell out of my chair the morning when I received a message that our hotel booking with Drossia Palms has been cancelled by them, literary 4 days before our arrival to Malia. Complete shock and disbelief. We frantically had to find something else in the same location. Luckily we did, but that meant extra cost for booking another hotel. We were meant to get our money back for this cancellation in the next 7- 12 days. Well, today is the 12th day and I still have not received anything. Seriously? Well, thanks very much for shortening our holiday budget! I'm absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. The amount of stress we went through is the last thing you want before the start of your holiday. I thought I'm gonna have a heart attack when I saw that we were cancelled. And the reason? No reason, they haven't even given us one, neither did they replied to our messages, just radio silence. We did our booking via booking.com, so perhaps they are to blame here a bit as well. How can you do that to people? Especially that we booked it so much in advance.
