F	Frances Savinon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in mid May 2022. Agali houses was absolutely perfect and had the most amazing Caldera view! Welcoming staff, great amenities with large room and daily maid service. Large pool with bar. Perfect location in between Fira and Imeroviglia. Right on the street connecting both within 10 min walk. Lots of resturants nearby. A few flights of stairs down to the hotel into the cliffside but worth it for the fabulous view. Would highly recommend staying here!

K	Ken Zesso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure that there are many other hotels with gorgeous views, comfortable rooms, and nice big pools on Santorini, but Agali Houses' staff really makes the difference. We arrived very late and departed very early, but staff members were always available to help us carry our luggage and to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The only downside to this hotel was walking up and down the steep steps to reach our room but this is probably a factor for all Santorini hotels, a low price to pay for such a beautiful setting.

I traveled with 3 girlfriends for my 60th birthday and we all had different rooms - all with magnificent views and accommodations. It is a very clean and well maintained property with a wonderful pool. The staff was very accommodating and eager to assist us. I would warn future guests that this is NOT a property for those with mobility impairments or cardiac/respiratory disabilities. There are several very steep flights of uneven stairs with no railings. One must navigate these stairs on every encounter to both enter and exit the hotel. However, this is common for many of the hotels in Santorini. However, this is a large part of the charm of Santorini and the Agali Houses Hotel. It is also near very good shopping and restaurants. Excursion shuttles and taxis meet right outside of the entrance to the hotel and it is a short ride to the airport. I would highly recommend this property.

Negative: Need to add Netflix and YouTube to TV package for visitors who speak English to enjoy their time while staying at room. The breakfast food items not worth 15 Euro per person. The quantity and quality do not worth 15 Euro.
E	Eva Aherne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time in Santorini was spectacular due to our stay at Agali houses. We got a fabulous room that was facing the sunset. The room was spacious and had everything you needed including a coffee machine. The bed was VERY comfortable. The facilities were in incredible. One of the biggest pools we could see around the area. The views from the pool were spectacular. There was food available all day and it was delicious and good price. The staff were more than generous. There was a lot of stairs down to the property but staff would carry your bags up and down on checkout and checking in. There was a transfer organised for us from the airport at price and it was super useful. We had breakfast one of the days and it was only okay. But in conclusion, this stay was amazing. Only 10 min or less walk from Thera and it had numerous restaurants nearby. Incredible place to stay and we will be back!!!

However, the scenic pool area has loud party music from 12 o'clock onwards which is really annoying and does not suit the environment. None of the guests at the pool liked it, people just want to read books and have a quiet time. When asked to decrease the volume, the guy at the pool bar answered: "It's not about the customer, when the customer doesn't like it, he can leave." - unbelievable statement, I was honestly shocked, especially considering we paid a lot of money. We were not the only guests to complain..
