The only problem with our room was that we wanted a jacuzzi outside with a view, but we didn't know it is facing the street and all the passing people can see you. Other than that, the breakfast they serve to your room is good and the stuff very friendly. The room is beautiful and neat.

It was very humid and the dehumidifier had to be on all the time, which was very noisy. Otherwise, the stay was great. Service was always prompt and the room was kept clean and tidy. Good location and 5 stars to the staff.

S	Sandra Camacho Cuenca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was beautiful with a great indoor pool and nice balcony. The staff is very friendly and they can arrange a transfer for you for €20 2 people. It's close to the centre with a wonderful caldera view and they bring you a complete breakfast to your room every morning, which is wonderful. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning doesn't work 24 hours a day and some nights were really hot/they don't have a 'don't disturb sign' and they knock on the door or phone you to clean the room. A sign would be easier and more comfortable :-)/their TV has only three music channels/The room was quiet except the last night because our neighbour's children were noisy.

Even though there's a small road in front of the hotel we had breathtaking view, especially during sunsets. We liked the breakfasts, that they bring in the room every morning, again we were enjoying it having the most beautiful view from our balcony. The rooms are very nice and spacious, though during our stay we went inside literally only for sleeping. We had a small problem with over floating jacuzzi one evening, and they forgot to take out the dirty towels during cleaning, which is not a big issue, but in general more attention should be paid to cleanliness. Otherwise the stay was amazing and it's definitely worth it to stay there for at least one or two nights, as the evenings in jacuzzi with that view over caldera were unforgettable. Thank you!
S	Soo Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved Ellinon Thea. Very friendly staff and always communicative. I stayed at the delux duplex and it was perfect for me. I saw some complaints on the reviews; and I was relieved to see that the staff came up with solutions. The spa jaccuzzi now have a cover so it maintains the temperature and prevents the room from getting humid. There's Ac and as well as humidifier which I did not have to use but they were there for my comfort. I really liked the location because the sea view has more character, not many human traffic and cars, although I might have came at the right time. I suspect more traffic starting June but the road is very small so it cannot get that crowded. There are nice restaurants in 1-2min walk from the hotel if you need a something eat right away. You can walk pretty much to Fira town to Oia. Every morning they brought me more than enough portion of breakfast with good coffee. I had a very good stay. I am definitely coming back to Ellinon Thea.
c	clémentine breban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with great location in Firostefani, walking distance from Fira. This is a a good value for money hotel with very beautiful rooms. BUT pay attention to what you expect in terms of privacy: the jacuzzi rooms downstairs are located on a pedestrian area and close to a parking; so when you are in your jacuzzi , people walk along your window and look at you so no privacy at all. Also the breakfast is served in bedrooms which is great but very poor breakfast: old bread, cold omelett, old orange juice... I would'nt recommand staying at this Hotel or take a bedroom upstairs and forget the private jacuzzi + take the breafkast elsewhere. The owner wasn't really nice however the receptionnist tried to help.
K	Kerry Meikle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay here was amazing. Great location for walking to both Thera and Imerovigli. Staff is so pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed in The jacuzzi room which is right on the pedestrian walk way which wasn’t what we expected, but it didn’t bother us. We were able to catch the sunset there in total privacy (granted we visited in Mid May) and the view was amazing. Only complaint would be the bed was very hard and uncomfortable but overall it was a great stay. I would recommend to anyone to stay here
